with the protected ones you could simply remove the pcb and create your own unprotected ones for free.

But, you go from having (protected) button top to (unprotected) flat top, right?

I don't think you can add another coupon.. I think they are going to give us a coupon that we use to get it down to 13.80

after applying 1 coupon you can't get to use another.

I have bought 4 of these cells from WB fairly recently.
Those two pairs did not come in the plastic boxes that FT put the batteries in. They were nicely packaged though.
Personally I have no need for more boxes laying around. I prefer to have my batteries inside flashlights.

Follow the link in the post above, looks like the sale will end after three days, around noon Friday on the east coast of USA. Says a limit of 5 pairs per person. I bought 3 sets and each time it said 60 sets remaining so I’m not sure how many they really have. You have to purchase 1 set at a time and pay each time, no discount codes can be entered of course.
