Bought 5 AAA's, just bought a bunch of the Duracell AA's at Target. Got a couple of the Trustfire 14500's too, $3.82/pr. and these rain guards for under $2:
There’s no coupon codes I know of, but it’s still a good price. I bought a few more packs of the AAAs for my ‘go bag. ’ I got a small USB AA/AAA charger and with my solar powered charger with a USB output, I have basically unlimited charging in an emergency.
DISCOUNTER is just another account, not a code from BIC, when you use him/her as recommender that dude will get some % as well. My take is if any BLF members would like to use recommender - might as well use ezarc’s account, since he’s the OP and recommender for this.
Now if only ezarc would step here and announce his BIC account name
On the other hand, if you already have an account and too lazy to create another to use recommender, here are a couple of working codes for 5% off:
5%THANKS (two use per account. Confirmed - I’ve used this.)
5FEBAY2013 (haven’t tried)
And here’s a permanent, unlimited use 2% off the whole year
2DROPPER2013 (Confirmed)
does anybody sure the battery being sold is genuine?
seeing from the skin, it is different with the one on website (below). surely it has cardboard back packaging.
I don’t know where to find my username? I just log in with my email address.
The DISCOUNTER code was written by some guy on OzBargains as 5% off, I didn’t use it though as I used the 9% off. Some guy posted it after I posted this deal there as well, perhaps it was his code or he got it from someone else.
I’ve noticed that BuyInCoins beats other sites like Fasttech soundly on lots of items. I’ve only placed 3 orders from them and they’ve all gone out in a day. My Fasttech orders seem to be getting slower and slower. The last order is 6 days old and hasn’t shipped. I think I might use BuyInCoins more for certain common items.
They also have some interesting outdoor gear like this stainless steel bottle I ordered:
I think you need to set it up one time through My account -> Acct Setting (or something like that). Then it’ll become your permanent username in BIC and can no longer be changed. This username can be used as recommender by other new buyers to get 5% off and you’ll get around same amount too (I think) in “Coins” on their first purchase (coins=same as store credit).
Yep, BIC is most consistent in shipping department against all others always 1-2days, 4-5days for out-of-stock items, but seriously lacking supplier quality control. They always seem to source the cheapest available items and that means there’s a higher chance of getting counterfeits. As a general rule of thumb, I only buy generic items there and try to avoid crucial items (e.g Li-ions).

Thanks for the heads up. The wife is an e-ciggy fanatic and we are very careful about sourcing our Panasonics. I hope these GP batteries pan out, because my $30 worth of batteries would be closer to $100 in Eneloops. It’ll be a nice score.
