Got mine too, looks just as good as in the photos.
The threads are nicely lubed and the light itself feels solid.
The switch does travel a little bit farther than my other switches.
The pill doesnât have any thermal grease, so applying some would increase thermal conductivity.
My tracking number still doesnât work

ChibiM:
Some whining in medium⌠but I fastened the pill a bit more and it stopped the whining.
I would still like to know if I can get rid of the blink in both the s5 and s8.
I was thinking about connecting to one of the other stars on the driver, to get a low medium high, without the option to choose between the 2 sets and get rid of the blink. I wonder if those stars still have a function or if itâs been removed with the reprogramming of the driver firmware.
Anybody know?
Protected cell fits.
On all of the ones I have that have the blink on low, stars do nothing.
Got mine, very nice 18650 light with good anodizing.
Obvious but, it wonât be able to handle full drive of 7135*8 for long time, even with those thick engine block style heatsink.

I think mine also blinks once after about 5 seconds on lowâŚ
A programming bug?
Does anyone know if this is the Nanjg driver with an Attiny13A that can be reprogrammed?

I did a half press after the blink on low and it was toggled to the three mode programming just like the Fast Tech lights.

Interesting, didnât know that.
Could you post a link to one of the FT lights that has the programming mode? Iâll have to give it a good read.

Then, wouldnât it be a fair to read the sellers product page first or at least? After all, he did provide us with some nice torches for only 5 bucks?
âŚPositive feedback would also be nice way to say thanks if you like what you received for only $5.01 that isâŚ

I knew about the mode settings...
But I dislike the very obvious BLINK...
I have another driver, that also has this option (but with 4 different sets of modes) but the blink is much less noticeable.
I already had it happened that I turned off the light exactly right after the blink, which means that I`m back to 5-modes with blinkies..
But for $5 it`s a steal! Great little flashlight.
I hope to be able to reprogram these drivers to 4 modes.. (after I get a soic8 clip, which still can take a while)

Can anyone explain to a dummy how the tracking works? On the china post page link I enter my tracking number in the first line and the captcha in the second line right? Or am I doing it wrong. I canât read the page to figure it out.
