P.S. I am waiting for some close up pictures an impressions to help me decide get one while it is ~17$. Reminds me at Fenix PD35 and I like that design 
but Fenix is $60+ and this one is much cheaper

I knew about the mode settings...
But I dislike the very obvious BLINK...
I have another driver, that also has this option (but with 4 different sets of modes) but the blink is much less noticeable.
I already had it happened that I turned off the light exactly right after the blink, which means that I`m back to 5-modes with blinkies..
But for $5 it`s a steal! Great little flashlight.
I hope to be able to reprogram these drivers to 4 modes.. (after I get a soic8 clip, which still can take a while)
Anyone got pics? Especially with something else in there for comparison…
I have the clip and board...I haven't used it though. I suppose I can finally give it a try.
Can anyone explain to a dummy how the tracking works? On the china post page link I enter my tracking number in the first line and the captcha in the second line right? Or am I doing it wrong. I can’t read the page to figure it out.

Oh well- guess my s5 was one of the ones sent back.
After a few days from shipment (not purchase) I’ve often been able to track China packages via USPS
It is on it’s way to me!!! Should have it after this weekend!!!

Yeah, I was blown away with what you get for the money. I’m a big convoy fan now, especially since I know I can upgrade them easily when the next big emitter comes out
Had to go to the post office to get mine, they didn’t put my name on the package, and with a cluster mailbox (kinda like an apartment) that’s a big nono
The quality is great! Convoy has always been just a_little_ bit more expensive when I’ve been shopping, but it’s really worth it. Wanting to order a c8 soon, definitely gonna be a convoy
Got my s5 and s8 both yesterday. That Warm white tint is so nice! Maybe my new preferred tint.
I also chose the WW for my S8, and I`m actually liking it..
then I compared it to my NW 4C, and that started to look CW.....
I know.. we should stop comparing tints 
Tell me about it. My asgard NW looked cool next to it. I thought maybe the tint would be too red, or too orange, or too “rosy”. But without a direct comparison to an incandescent- that’s what it looks like to me. Glad I went with it.
