Pros:
- Looks tacticool
- Design is unique
- Side clicky
- Mechanic clicky, no parasitic drain & easier to replace driver
- Reasonably driven at 2.5A, 1.25A & 0.33A (about 500, 300 & 100lm OTF)
- Build quality is ok for so cheap light
- High PWM frequency (unnoticeable)
- Good tint for CW (pretty neutral)
- Comes with charger
Cons:
- Looks tacticool
- Alert sound is way too quiet (which is actually good as I tend to occasionally press the tail clicky by mistake)
- Glass breakers can't be just removed, they need to be replaced with similar screws (to hold the bezel on)
- Next mode memory
- PWM makes some whining noise on med & low
And then some quick cell phone photos..

Nice internal design between driver and mechanic side clicky:
Definitely interesting. I didn’t realize it was essentially a multi-tool for storage in a car (glass breaker/seatbelt cutter/ and flashlight). I’m not fond of the included ultrafires, but for <$20 it seems like a decent deal.
I wonder if it would be possible to disable the alarm and let the LED flash… and how long that would last? If it could last for like 6 months?
For some reason, they don’t make (anymore) parasitic drain glowing tail caps … and GITD materials only work if it was exposed to light and most of which cheap ones from china last for 5 minutes in the dark. Tritium is on the expensive side and you have to modify your light to accept a glass tube.
I suspect that would be one flashlight the TSA would notice if you tried traveling on a plane with it. .
I'd also be concerned that there would be some cities/states/countries where that light would be considered an offensive weapon and could get a person arrested!
I’m going to have nightmares after watching that video that Chloe posted! What was with the bearded white dude dressed as one of the chorus girls with the word over his face?! I’m gonna have to hold onto one of those stabby lights for a sense of security. Also the red police siren button should be blue. Blue is police Red is fire and yellow is the tow truck. FWIW, the siren should play techno music.
