That is a let down. What reason did they give for not shipping the cells? Because yes, I thought this was a problem now resolved in the main too. In this instance it seems worse because they were not even returned by the courier.
Did you choose Singapore Post?

I have replied to them asking them to confirm the above because, after seeing a picture of the package (it’s quite big), I have my doubts it was actually removed. If it was removed, I would try and order the KKs by themselves as the NCR18650PF order seemed to go through ok.
I ordered 2 18650s from Fasttech on October 2nd, they were shipped on the 4th, and I received them on the 15th.
I have been on so many threads I don’t know where I am but I was sure FT said something along the lines that HKP was nearly back to pre-clampdown state and then…they refuse to even send yours to to, I’m presuming HKP! What a crazy situation. Every week it changes, sometimes by very large amounts.
I think someone said Wallbuys had a courier that would ship Li batteries and I’ve seen a couple of people saying their Wallbuys orders (I don’t know what they entailed) had come through.
My last order from FastTech has li-ion cells, they sent it by HKP on Saturday. Fingers crossed it doesn’t end up in Russia. >.<
I got a message today saying they removed the cells from my order and refunded me for them. :_(
I’m sorry to hear that, I have an order that showed as ‘shipped’ four days ago that includes a power bank with six 18650s in it. It still doesn’t track, so

I think yours should be okay, if they put the cells in the power bank. I didn’t get anything in this order to put the cells in. I placed a separate order for them. Unregistered mail, should get here before Xmas! :bigsmile:
Have you received the refund? They still have not resolved the issue about my KK’s yet. Also, my sister has confirmed that a package from FT has been received, but I believe this is the Convoy L2 host and not the order which included the KK’s.
I won’t try to re-order the KK’s until I get some sort of confirmation (FT or my sister) that the KK’s were removed/sent.
I received the refund today as well.
I received confirmation from FT that they in fact have removed the KK cells from my order and have subsequently refunded me the payment. Once getting this information, I dutifully went ahead and created another KK order. Here’s hoping that it goes through.
My four orders from FT of 4x18654 each have been sitting in HK for a while. My tracking shows that two of the orders have just left the country, and are on the way to me.
I have a FT order with a few batteries in it that was ordered on 9/12 and has been sitting at “acceptance” since 9/18. I have received several orders since then but that one seems to be lost somewhere in limbo.
I just got notice my cells-only order was shipped! :bigsmile:
Mine dropped in there on the 16th and early on the 19th a new status appeared above the “acceptance” and it says “origin post is preparing shipment” it hasn’t changed since then. Two orders, 1 convoy c8 and one with 18650 + grease.
Do they still ship primary cells?
