Sold out: $20 HD2010 & $15 Convoy C8 copper pills

4.9A, double stack on the side:

4.9A, double stack on the back:

Might try 5.6A on for this copper pill, but only cell that might have a chance is a Powerizer...

Thanks for the photo edit RaceR, looks much better.

Great stacking skills. Iā€™m assuming the chips canā€™t be stacked on the battery side of the driver due to space constraints?

Thanks!

+1 Maybe Iā€™ll just keep it on the shelf as a display piece, almost seems a shame to hide it away inside an aluminium tube!

PP sent as friend with standard tip for one copper C8 pill.
I plan to direct drive a Phatlight Pt-54 red led in it, which I heard from some that it draws 6A and others that it draws 13A. Iā€™ll have to get an Omten switch from FT and better springs from saabluster.
I really like how the SolarForce M3 head looks compared to a C8, but the M3 reflector that the pill threads into isnā€™t itself threaded into the bezel.
Iā€™m still in the market of buying 3 copper P60 pills though.

Got your PP and form, thanks.

Please do note that the Omten switch is actually rated for only 1.5A.

Just a quick update, the pills should be ready by tomorrow afternoon KST so Iā€™ll pick them up, fit each one into my lights and inspect them, and take a group photo. Iā€™ll be shipping them out after that.

Can hardly wait, the HD2010 pretty much is solely responsible for getting me into moddingā€¦itā€™ll be nice to have it at itā€™s optimum level finally!

Great! Against my better judgement I now have a third HD2010 on route to house this pill.
Looking forward to it.

Thanks for the update

Cant wait.

Just got my Vinhgueyen super shocker though. Tonite is gonna be AWESOME

Chris

I've been emailing with Wayne about the Shocker modding. Be interested to here what you think, and if you can do any amps or lumens/lux readings. Has he said what you can expect? Haven't looked at his thread in a while...

Testing it tonight, but first impressions is that itā€™s a heffer and a very narrow beam.

Will have it fully tested in a week or so. Thinking the tk75 might be a better option now but will see

Chris

They look nice and clean.

Whoops, sorry folks, the machinist texted me to come tomorrow because theyā€™re not yet finished, so Iā€™ll have a visit then. Thanks for your patience, Iā€™m very excited about them too!

No need to apologize in the least, this was very quick for a group purchase of custom made parts. Thanks.

70 copper pills is probably enough to dump into a kiddie pool and bathe in the glorious amount of coppery goodness. Just Sayinā€™.

LOL @ unknown, while youā€™re probably right, Iā€™d advise against it. I sure do love the look of that gleaming just turned copper though. Wow!

Tom,

Wheres the best place to get the powerizers from?

Twice the run time of 20rā€™s would be nice

Chris

The copper pills are here!
Thanks for your patience, will take some pics after I grab some dinner.
