Great customer Service from "Survival- pax.com"

Here's a email i got from Survival-Pax.com. I know it's not budget light related but I was very shocked when I received this email, Thumbs up for survival-pax.com.

I think i will give them another chance.

I was thinking about all of the trouble that you had to go through in returning the flashlight a couple of months ago. At Survival-Pax, we try and have the best possible customer service, and thinking back to how many times you had to ship the flashlight back and forth really wasn't the kind of service that we would like to stand by.

Your flashlight has since been replaced by 4Sevens and it's sitting here on my desk as I write this.

I wanted to apologize for you having to ship the flashlight back to us twice. My choice is either to put it back up on the site as a demo item, or to do something else with it.

I know you weren't expecting this, but due to our mistakes of not replacing the light the first time you sent it back, I wanted to send it to you again, at no charge to you.

Expect a brand new Quark AA² Tactical in the mail very soon. Although the packaging will be the same as you sent to us, the light will be brand new. I'll even throw in a fresh set of batteries.

I just noticed that they have a lot of knives for sale.

Mora knives are on sale...just ordered the mora 511 for $ 10.61 shipped.

I have also ordered from them. Fast shipping and great service. The item was a closeout quark light so the price was great as well.

I'm glad you had a good experience as well. Their prices are the lowest ive seen for 4sevens. Which quark did you get?
