I was looking at your batteries and wanted to say, it would be great if you could supply some genuine Sanyo, Panasonic and Efest IMR cells at competitive prices.
For a while you guys had competitive prices, quick shipping, and shipped all lights in nice silkscreened cardboard boxes. I used to really like Lightscastle, and it was a company that I'd recommend. Then things changed for the worse.
My last order with you was on June 13th. It wasn't the best price, but I wanted to see if the rest of your service was still up to par. It wasn't. My light didn't ship until June 19th and it arrived in the same flimsy paper box that everyone else uses. I had also asked Lightscastle several times for a particular light to be looked at to verify or correct the specifications on your website. My request was not filled.
It appears pricing hasn't improved. Pricing isn't the only thing you should be competitive about. Have you corrected the rest of the issues? There are other vendors that will offer some of those things, and sometimes all of those things. I can get that Sunwayman V11R from a particular vendor in the United States for about $20 less, shipping will be immediate, and customer support is VERY good.
My dear friends, I have to say sorry to you. To be frank,for the past 6 months, not only Crystal left our company to help her uncle,but also another colleague did so.After that,no one took their places to deal with those orders so that many orders were handled a few days later. Until September comes,one of our colleagues started to handle the orders and now I begin to replace Crystal to communicate with members in this forum to be a mediator. I hope that I can do a good service to you from now on.

You have a lot of lights, I spent a few hours looking and barely scratched the surface. How about adding a wishlist feature to customer's accounts? Makes it much easier than managing bookmarked product pages.

If you dont like it then dont buy it. Same goes for posting here. If you have nothing good to say then say nothing at all. Go order from FT and never get your item. Been waiting on a package from them for over 60 days and still nothing. Yet ordered from somewhere else under 2 weeks ago and it arrived friday (yes they are in china and they directed the package through Fiji and still got here in under 2 weeks. LC is legit and they do have better prices on some things. A company cant have the best prices on every item, i mean dam, not even WalMart is that good!
