Just remove R2 to disable it, nothing in the FW needs to be changed. Without R2 to provide the drain to ground the MCU will always think the voltage is above the low voltage trigger point.

Thanks comfychair! Here I was thinking about reprogramming individual drivers when the solution was this simple!

Thanks, that should be very doable. Even easier than a resistor mod to eliminate next mode memory.

Received my batteries today, thanks for the quick shipping.

Efest 10440, nice.
Would you have prices for them yet?

Easy…wrap them in foil. Device? Expandable tin-foil hat.

I can give you a ballpark figure: around $3.50 each (without any shipping costs added). I think that I am going to go to an actual shipping cost system in the near future, which will be more advantageous to those looking to buy just a few different cell types in the same order.

Received my package today, Thanks!

The 20R’s and drivers were packaged nicely, no problems what so ever. Really appreciate it and already have a driver stacked and installed.

Nice deal!

Question... do you know at what point the protection circuit would trip on the 18650PF Protected batteries? The usual 5A?

That’s a good question. My SRK pulls over 7.5 amps from four cells. Let me get a PF charged up and I’ll see whether it trips and if not what current it allows.

Thanks for checking!

This is a good deal.

order placed!

My FT order was returned to sender. All battery orders will just have to be done local.

Better off.

Thanks!

I just tested with my SRK. It pulls around 7.9 amps from the single cell for 2-3 seconds before the circuit cuts power. It seems to reset itself after a few seconds. I repeated this test several times with similar results. I don’t know where the actual cutoff point is, but it is below 7.9 amps. I also know now that this cell can put out a lot of power even with the protection circuit; i.e. the protection circuit isn’t adding much resistance.

Nice, order incoming for the unprotected though :)

Now just need to decide if I can afford 8, or if 4 will do.

How much shipping for 10 x Qlites to Canada. (Regular post)

Thanks for the 5% OFF offer. I just ordered 10 Qlite’s. I go through these like crazy, and its so nice to be able to order from a local supplier.

Your service to add additional 7135’s is a great idea for those who arent able to add their own, and very reasonable considering the hassle for you to solder them on. I wish you the best of luck with your endeavors.

Thanks for the support everyone! We have a few international orders (batteries and drivers) in the mail to various countries. If everything goes well with them, international shipping will be more available going forward.
