Wallbuys Order - Nonexistent?

So I ordered some odds and ends about a week ago, figured I would check on their status and whatnot… but there’s no order there. My previous orders are there, but this one seems to not exist.

Checked paypal, payment was sent/received… Got a receipt and an email (haven’t got the “shipped” email).

Go back to wallbuys and try to use their order tracking… nothing.

… What should I do?

Email them. Besides the slight language barrier, they have always been very helpful for me and check out issues straight away. let them know the paypal transaction ID number etc and go from there.

Ah, I couldn’t find their cs address earlier; just went in again and was able to scrounge it up.

Well that sucks. They refunded me, lost the $5 off ‘lucky money’ coupon. :expressionless:

Happened to me also, the redirection from Paypal failed.
Was not in order history nor I could find it over the tracking link…

I was afraid of loosing my lucky money, which mikko donated to me, so I skyped with cherry.
Her english has improved a lot and so it was no problem.
In their system my order was marked as not paid and no address was transmitted…
After explaining what happened she asked Paypal after the transaction and edited my address in the system manually…took minutes.
Now that is my only order with verified status…LOL

I was wondering about that skype option. Ah well, it was just some random items I didn’t really need.

I had read on this forum several times that users got fast and kind help through Skype so I added cherry before some weeks and now I just wrote the question with order ID to her on Friday….and Saturday morning(chinesetime) she answered.
And it was a perfect converstation and solution, it would have took a week to solve this with email…

I just placed 2 order today… No automated confirmation through email. Weird. Nothing listed on my “Account Menu” as well.
The only trace I can get is through “Order Tracking” with PP email and order number. Hope they get it fixed soon.

You never get emails from them, that is normal.
Have you tried the order tracking option? Does it show something? What?

In my former case my order never showed up in their system, so I had to communicate with them and they added my adress manually in their system…
I had waited to long to do this so learn from my mistake if it doesn’t show up 3 days after order try to communicate with them.
You will get tracking number in the moment they mark the order as shipped(of course only if you ordered with tracked shipping)

I have already email them. This is my first time experiencing this. They seriously ought to get it fixed.
