MTN Electronics: LEDs - Batteries - Lights - Chargers - Hosts - Drivers - Components - 1-Stop-US Source

He must be a pitcher or something; I still have a kink in my neck from when my package tagged me. :stuck_out_tongue:

I know how fast he is, I ordered batteries on Monday and got them on Wednesday which is coast to coast.

Just have to figure out what to buy.
Thinking about 2 of each host using different combo’s

Any ideas???

When do you think you will have the XP-G2 3C on noctigon back in stock?

There are more on the way as we speak, I expect that they should be here in 7-10 days (holiday shipping slowdown has begun!)

A few other things that are on the way:

  • Protected and unprotected Sanyo 14500 (UR14500P)
  • King Kong ICR 26650
  • More protected Panasonic NCR18650B
  • Restock and expansion of the Noctigon line (XP-E2 will be available tonight, along with a few other things like the XinTD V4 :) )

I guess that your orders arrive via DHL or similar.. if its DHL, no worries, Germans dont know how to slow down. :P

Thanks, RMM. XPE2 would throw real nice. I’m building a thrower for a non-Flashaholic so want to drive it just hard enough to be real bright but not worry about a novice cooking it. Any suggestions of how many amps to drive it at?

According to Match's testing, I would say that somewhere around 1.8-2.0 amps is the sweet spot. A qlite with 3 chips removed (for 5 total) should give you right around 1.9 amps. Looks like the XP-E2 has a fairly low vF so you should be able to maintain maximum brightness and regulation for a long time even on a single 18650.

I've been too swamped to get the pictures up, but the following are available now at the store:

  • XinTD V4 Flashlight - U2 1C & T6 3C tints available. $29.99 including holster
  • XP-E2 R4 1C on 16mm & 20mm Noctigon. $4.86 & $4.96, respectively
  • Noctigon MT-G2 20mm MCPCB - $2.49
  • Restocked many out-of-stock items

Are you sure they’re XP-E2 R4 3C and not supposed to be 1C?

Good catch! You're right, they are 1C. Trying to do too much at once! Thanks for the heads up.

I guess Employee of the Month for November goes to Valerie.

I hereby officially nominate Valerie for Employee of the Year and Honorary Flashaholic Supply Guru! Hear Ye Hear Ye!

Now here's the funny part, my wife's name is actually Lisa. Valerie is my mother's name, whose name I opened the account in 1998 (who is also a wonderful person). In order for PayPal to change the name I have to fax them all sorts of proof and I just haven't quite gotten around to it yet. :) :) :) Soon enough it will say "Mountain Electronics" or at least my name!

But yes, she is great and she helps me an awful lot! She's been out of town visiting family for the past 10 days so I've been running the whole show and going to school 12+ hours per day... not a lot of sleep I can tell you that! But, it's worth it to me.

You gave your mum 10 days off? You are a wonderful son.
Seriously your doing a terrific job here and got yourself a loyal band of clients. Good luck for the future not that you will need it and look forward to what you can offer for overseas customers. Probably one big headache but who knows.

Which mountain?

Really liking the site !!

Well, Thank Lisa, Valerie and your little boy for making this all possible. A big thanks to you especially for your dedication!

<——-handshake and a big ((((((((HUG)))))))!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Richard is great to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to give my recommendation.

Package took 5 days from the US to New Zealand complete with some Efest 10440’s running the gauntlet of Lithium transportation safety absurdity

Eat that Singapore Post.

Parcel was exceedingly well packaged and protected. I appreciate that kind of attention to important details.

Thanks for all the support guys! I haven't been responding very fast today because I've been traveling to go pick up the family. Don't worry, I was up at 4:30 this morning finishing up orders from yesterday and dropped them off this morning at the post office on my way. Don't worry, I also brought everything with me so orders will begin going out again on Friday as usual. I had my video camera just in case my car happened to catch on fire; there are so many batteries that it would make the burning Tesla video look like a little sparkler vs. an incendiary mortar round. ;) The things I do for you guys!

HELIOS- is the winner of the $2 coupon. Helios-, I will PM you the code. Thanks everyone for the feedback! I can't do everything at once but I got a lot helpful insights, a lot of which I hadn't thought of before.

A few new cells are en route:

  • King Kong ICR26650
  • Unprotected Sanyo UR14500P
