I’ll say here as well, I am in Canada, and although shipping usually takes 1-1.5 weeks to get to me, service is always awesome. The items are always shipped promptly and IS offers fantastic pricing and even better ‘sales’.

They have the best service hands down. I had a problem with my Nitecore EA4's switch boot cracking after a few months of light use. I called Craig and he took care of the problem. I sent it back, and since I didn't want a replacement that would have eventually cracked again, he gave me full credit towards a Sunwayman D40A which I'm thrilled with. BTW, I've purchased several flashlights and batteries from them and it's never taken more than 2 days to get to my house on Long island.
Edit: The reason Craig agreed to upgrade me was at the time Nitecore didn't have a fix for the cracking switch boots.
