Wallbuys promotions

It's too bad that Wallbuys can't get their stuff together. Some of the group really want to do right, but I feel like their management just isn't on the ball. They could be a lot better if they paid proper attention to things or maybe if they could understand what's happening better. I know I have never liked most of their "promotions" as far as the instant buys and the like. If you have only one item to sell for 70% off, how about just selling your inventory of that item for 20% off for 12 hours, or something like that. Anyhow, I don't think Wallbuys will ever amount to the type of sellers we see like CNQG, or Fasttech or even Tmart. They just don't seem to grasp the situation and change accordingly. Too bad because Cherry at Wallbuys has been real good and I have never had an issue with any order going thru her.

Funny folks are giving Cherry glowing accolades, as she is one of the two I spoke to, who failed me, dismally !

Seem some people are always upset and blame others for their own incompetence.

In every promotion there are some guys who where jealous and start to cry like a baby.
If you order something which gets lost in the postal system and wallbuys gives you still a refund than this is goodwill and a good way for a trustworthy seller. Nothing to complain its a good thing. be happy. :bigsmile:
I have about 30 orders made there and all were satisfying, not one order hasn’t arrived. If parts were damaged or wrong I got always refunded through wallbuys never needed to open a Paypal case. And again Cherrys English has improved and she is very kind and ready to help.
Of course they could improve and what OL said is right, there are some really ambitious guys with good ideas but they don’t manage to improve as fast as they could. The software for the promotions is kind of crappy, but hey what counts is that some of us get very good deals. You can check the WB deals thread and you will find a dozen of guys which always manage to crab some very good deals, trust me it is a lot fun even if you just take part as a game…
And again please stop all buying the lights on half price so there is more stuff for me :wink:
I could list some deals I got there and you might start to cry…
My 10$ stlv6(partly refund because of minor flaws) or my 13$ zyt13 not to mention the 9$ mini01 are all superb for the price I paid.
I guess my 16$ T08 and my 5$ F13 will make me happy too…
I thought a pair ncrbs for 13.8$ with tracking was good but now I got them for 11.5$ :bigsmile:
I could list at least a dozen of deals which you wouldn’t get elsewhere.

For example I helped Totilde to get the luckymoney code working, I know others have done this with others too.

But maybe I am so lucky because of my 3$ keepower 14500 I have on order or my 17.5$ mt21a…

It’s true that the bargains you get sometimes in wb are great deals, but the system is extremely frustrating and the help received from their representatives seems to differ from one customer to other. I am angry this time because I got my code in time, but the order disappeared (probably a problem after paypal, I don’t know, but my order was not in my order history nor in my paypal account) and the replies I got from the cs were only automated mails not answering me.

I think this system is not helping them a lot. I suppose all of us disappointed during the promotions will not buy from them except in promotions or so, and we will have other shops as a first option. So they are getting a very low or null profit, but they are not getting loyal customers

They invent new style events all the time, that makes them unique.
I have to admit the promotions are not so easy to understand but together we can find out how to use them and get good deals…that was the case on all past events and the result was a lot of good deals…
And now I have to play with my c8 which I got for 6$ in one of their promotions :stuck_out_tongue:

Not to take side here… but without Wallbuys, I couldn’t buy much lights for my collections if it’s not for their famous 50% off or the original hoursec kills deals.
Oh sure… their promotions is not one of the simplest one but it’s only take time few minutes to understand it,
but when they do made an error, you better catch them deals fast before they realize it. J)

NO OTHER online store can match or even crazy enough to do promotions like their 50% Christmas deal or the original hoursec kill deals.
as matter of fact even Tmart or focalprice mimicked their hoursec kill promotions.
Their promotions… their rules as simple as that, don’t like it? step away please…. so others can take advantage for it ( you snooze, you lose ) :smiley:
but thanks to generous sometime overkill BLF’er whose always willing to help out other fellow BLF’er with getting their lights, now my world is a lot brighter :slight_smile: but thinner wallet :_(

The only time I hear complains, it’s usually is about their shipping time… but what do you expect? you’re getting packages from halfway around the world.
I stopped worrying about that looong time ago, because they always deliver ( not too mention I paid with paypal anyway so no worry )
Fasttech is one of the speediest online store ( overseas) that can deliver stuffs faster. But even them can’t match Wallbuys promotion deals ( in fact they haven’t have any deal since their 10% off in the beginning)
now I’m always looking out for Wallbuys special promotions, whatever it is… usually it’s always guaranteed cheaper than other for the same stuff.

blaming the store for not being able to buy the lights but others can it’s like running to the wall and blame the wall for it’s being there :smiley:

Not worth the time …

ive been on both sides here… frustrated when the xmas deals last year caused the site to overload … after i stayed up late

then sometimes i got lucky and got through with a great deal

i guess just take it for what its worth… if its not worth the frustration just stay away

if you do catch a good deal, be prepared for it to fail until you actually see th elight.

I am glad that some people have had a good experience with them. However, there is no need to get snotty with people who vent their frustrations. Keep in mind that we would not be frustrated if they had treated us as valued customers.

So once again, I am glad that some people got some good deals, just remember that because you did doesn’t mean we all did.

One order, no delivery and one big headache getting my money back.

That’s way too deep for me. Better drink more coffee.

I got frustrated too with the lucky money as it’s gone when I tried to add more stuffs to the cart.
but thanks to bunch of generous BLF’er who gave me few coupons, I’m able to get Convoy L4 and T08 for very good price :smiley:

Do you know the total number of people whose orders not shipped? What percentage is the “a few” complainers out of the total number of not shipped?

This post of yours is the first one “moaning” about the “complaints” in this thread. Wonder if your very own words applies to you here:
