Pretty good deal on XP-G R5 5-mode 18650 flashlight

http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductID=10066

$15.21 is a pretty good price if this really has an XP-G R5 emitter and 5 modes.  Nice simple design, except for the scallops in the bezel. But why don't they make it tailstandable?

Take care, have fun!

Good find. That is definitely a great price. I might have to investigate how well the 502B's hold up.

The body is pretty robust. I've had a couple of them for about 4 years now - one with a UV dropin that gets used a lot. I'm not all that keen on the styling but they do stand up to a lot of use.

The numbers from my light tests are always to be found here.

That's the one that was $16.01. It's interesting that they dropped the price of the 501B XPG R5 on 5th June, now they've dropped the 502B on 5th July, may be they're gonna drop the price of the 504B on 5th August Silly

That's about the price you pay for the drop-in. I might bite at that price, but Kaidomain really has a bad rating on resellerratings.

The funny thing is KD sell their 3.6-4.2V dropin for more then their 3.6-8.4V dropin which is not really what you would expect, but then their cheap XPG R5 lights come with the 3.6-4.2V dropins (or at least they say they do)

KD aren't entirely wonderful, but they actually have made fewer errors in my orders than DX. However, their website is a mess, their acknowledgements non-existant, their deliveries slow. But they do get there in the end. Just don't hold your breath waiting for them.

I must admit I have never had a problem with KD brought 3 flashlights and a few assorted nic naks from them in the last 2 months or more. Just finished waiting for an order to ship 8 days from order to ship my longest wait yet.

Being in OZ it will take about a week.Just checked it was order number 9 of 10 Embarassed
