that the heads work on but the tailcaps and such dont work for various reason. blah blah blah. but what i want to do is find a way to mount the zoomie heads like a spotlight on my truck. idk where yet but then wire it to a switch and a powersource so that its like a spotlight. so my idea/question is. is this possible? mind you i’m just tinkering here if its been done i cant find it anywhere, so what are y’alls thoughts
I’m in kinda the same boat with one such exact light lying around and no tailcap. I gave the old one away to a friend with the same light which fell apart. Now, I’m seeking…something.
Hi Zach. Dchomak built a couple nice light bars for his lawn mower. Post 31 of this thread shows the finished (or close to finished) bars. The one using 4 P60 type flashlight heads is similar to what you are working with. Maybe there are some ideas you can borrow from those builds.
i looked. i want it more like a spot light like the police use but way smaller.
do you have any leads on what your gonna try? i wanna mount mine like a police spot light but smaller of course. i drive alot on backroads and fog. so i want a sudo spot light
