Just sent an enquiry email as the rough price Borked gave me seems truly excellent.
Minimum for each order = 10 cases & 20 batteries? Wow, I doubt many can afford it even if the price is good.
I don’t understand why we can’t just get rough pricing here? AFAIK there’s no MAP or anything for this.
Minimum is probably 5 cases / 10 batteries…
I don’t even have a use for 20 18650 batteries… yet.

also, I don’t know about other countries but in my country you can import up to 5 pieces of identical item in one batch, more than that can only go through importing company because it is considered as a commercial quantity (as if I want to sale them) and that proces is several time more expensive than batteries would be itself, if I order 20 batteries + 10 cases it would be returned straight to seller without any notification send to me… Stupid, but cant do anything about that

Serbia… it’s sometimes funny how stupid customs workers can be, a guy that I know ordered 5 pairs of insoles for shoes but they considered that as 10 pieces and returned back to seller 
Will he guarantee the protection uses Seiko IC & quality MOSFETs? Provide pictures?
Too many report of
unknown protection failing. The false sense of security
could be worse then straight up unprotected.
RMM’s Panasonic NCR18650B Protected 3400mAh
Seiko IC and 3 x AO8814 MOSFETs. Best deal with real protection. Before RMM you had to overpay by going with something like keeppower to get quality protection. He does ships internationally (post 47).
If you need unprotected for lights that just won’t fit anything else then ok.

I asked for a price match on a pending order I had created for 20 panasonic NCR18650B that hadnt shipped yet. They didnt reply so I sent another email asking them to price match or refund my money. They replied AFTER the other deal had expired. Several emails later, they never responded to my question regarding the price match and ignored it completely in each email reply. They only offered to refund my money or ship the order.
