Nine orders so far, mostly good but they do sell items they don’t have in stock. Placed an order for a Roche F8 and it didn’t ship for 4 weeks because it was out of stock, had to open a dispute at 45 days, hopefully it will show up soon. Seven orders delivered and correct, one recent order still in transit. Some great deals with the discount coupons.

Not so healthy stats right? One thing I like about their products, they come in new and without damage. They are willing to give refund for no show. Thumbs up for BG.

I didn’t have good luck with banggood. Still waiting 2 months on a Roche f6. No replies from banggood. No tracking. PayPal claim ongoing.

About 15 orders now and not just flashlights. All items received in good order. Postage time seems to be equal to most others in China - Approx 14-21 days. I would give 5 stars.

I ordered two flashlights from BG. The shipping time is very slow. My first order was at 19th November, and the tracking showed that the parcel was picked up on the 10th December……
So it stayed 3 weeks long somewhere at the BG warehouses. Oh, and ut still hasn’t arrived.

I try to use wb, much better shipping, the same good prices

My first two orders shipped quickly. The third was back ordered. I placed a fourth order over this weekend, and just got a shipment notification. Hopefully it's legit. I'll update when I see movement on the tracking info.

My tracking number still pulls up nothing. I'm starting to think they generated a shipment label without anything to ship, which means I can't cancel the order because it has shipped.

I spoke a little too soon. It just started tracking. That's a little bit slow, but a huge relief when others above are talking about very long shipment times.

It has already left the San Francisco USPS sort facility. So it shipped within a decent time frame. Now all that's left is to confirm that it's the right product and is in good condition.

Delivered. Box says "DRY CW", so I assume I got the DRY direct drive driver. I'll confirm later, but it's not like BG promised either driver. Light works, and everything appears to be in order. This concludes another good deal with BG.




Items received in good condition. No problems with banggood.com

Ordered ncr18650B cells and a Convoy C8 flashlight on 7&8 January at BG without tracking assurance. Received both (separate packages) in good condition within 2 weeks later in Europe. Very nice.

My experiences with Chinashops is still good (10~15 orders). For these prices I take the risk of a missing package or defect product. It didn’t happen yet but it will accept an eventual loss easier.

Four seperate flashlight orders from Banggood. The lower priced ones (<$20) arrived in my mailbox after ~4weeks. The higher priced ones I had to sign for at the post office and took ~2 weeks to arrive. Obviously different shipping methods. All items arrived as advertised, in good condition, and well packaged. A+ from me.

My first ever order from Banggood just arrived this week. I’m quite happy with the flashlight which is good (very bright) and well made, but a few things are apparent to me:

  • The pictures on their webpage do not match the item - the light I got is the same as the third and seventh image in a series of 8 pics on their webpage
  • The tint is labelled as 3C, but in actual fact it is more like 5C
  • They use Malaysia post which is quite slow - took more than 2 weeks
  • ‘shipping date’ given and date of actual shipping not the same - 4 days apart
  • Prices are a little cheaper than FT or DX
  • Their order page is not as informative as the others

Overall, I would order from BG if I couldn’t find a similar item at DX or FT. I really don’t mind paying and extra dollar or 2 for a little piece of mind :nerd_face:

my first order had no tracking, BG didn’t reply to e-mails, the live chat didn’t work for days and repeated PMs on BLF finally got a response saying they did send it, took a bit over 3 weeks to arrive, the item (P1A) worked fine

second order, got the e-mails saying it was sent, no tracking, item arrived at 32 days and works fine (P1A again) but has some blemishes

Probably I can ask in here than create new thread. Usually, how long it will take for them to respond email and PM?
I’m inquiring 2 weeks old order with not common tracking code and can’t be tracked on my country postal system.
This is my first commercial order from them. Previously won 2 times freebies sent without tracking about 1.5 months to arrive.

I have been placing most of my orders with BG :slight_smile: after I was blacklisted with DX :_( .
Shipping is also faster than DX.

I will never order from DX again. :exmark:

Well, apparently getting in touch with the customer service is kinda irritating.
2 consecutive PM only generate response “OK, I’ll check it for you” and nothing further.
email? no reply at all.

I’m hoping they actually have a ticketing system so that somebody really know there are outstanding ticket to response to.

Hopefully this kind of service doesn’t lead to horrible non arrival hassle.

My first, and only order with BG was missing parts, they claimed to re-send “one” missing part, but that was over 3-weeks ago and i never recieved it yet, and then discovered my order was missing another part that that was suposed to be included with the original order. Its likely to be the last order i will place with them, and they become the first seller to go on my red-flag list.
Unless they fix their screw-up on the order.

Okay… just had a problem with a flashlight that bought from Banggood. The battery drained itself in OFF position, so I can’t just put a battery in the flashlight. ( Try it 4 times )

Send an email about the problem to their Customer Service, and after 2 weeks without good news because they just want to spin out time.

1st response ( on Feb 3 ) : Could you take a video and photo the label package ??
2nd response ( on Feb 7 ) : It will be forwarded to our expert
3rd response ( on Feb 11 ) : Their expert just suggest, put a battery when I’m gonna use it. ( This person is VERY VERY EXPERT )
PS : The rolling back cover is also make some squeaky noise and they suggest put some oil ( I know, but it’s NEW flashlight )

Actually I bought it with a flashlight, but who knows the item will be split shipping.
It’s just a Silicone Rubber, and after 2 weeks they told me to check in local customs, it maybe detain in there.

Those rotten bangdick idiots are just a bunch of thieving crooks, I tell ya! Some of my friends decided to drive down to their headquarters (after they were shipped some dead/leaking counterfeit crapfire 18650’s, bangdick cs agents ignored all their emails for assistance). When they pulled in, a bunch of bangdick employees came running out of their cage and attacked my friends car! No kidding… check it out:

… and to think these awful people touch our flashlights before shipping. :Sp At least the “smart” ones were caught on dvr. The rest of them were either too hungover or stoned to get up off the floor.

The Bangdick motto: “to reach the epitome of demonstrated repeated gross incompetence and laziness amongst CS agents worldwide”. Its hard to believe they are capable of remembering to breath and urinate properly.
