Enerdan aka Harvestmoonglory(Ebay) wont reply my e-mails!

It seems that my Maha C9000 is having issues with either power cord or power plug or even with power port inside the charger.

Given that I bought this charger from European seller MAHA rep advised me to contact them first to solve warranty issues since MAHA ships only to USA, they wanted me to give them US based address, which probably means they were ready to send me replacement power adapter/charger.

So I checked my Ebay and Paypal history and found the exact date when I bought it, almost two years ago from Harvestmoonglory which is Enerdan’s GMBH name on Ebay.

I first sent an email to rutzki@enerdan, no answer, couple of days later I sent an email to Enerdan’s official email that I found at their contact page, both so far have not answered my emails, its been around a week since my first communication with them.

If they keep on ignoring me, I might try to contact MAHA again and simply offer to pay for shipping if thats the only option to resolve warranty questions.

Any advice on how to deal with Enerdan?

Mr. Rutzki is a member here, but wasn't online in der last 42 weeks (last time he was online in my favorite german flashlightforum 11. Jan. 2014).

Maybe you can call Enerdan. The homepage say, that they speak german, english, french, italian and hebrew. You live in Europe and the chance, that your mothertongue is one of these aren't bad or you use english.

I cant call them, sorry, too expensive to call for warranty questions, that would cost me quite an extra to add to the total cost of C9000 :D!

Ok. In Germany I pay round about 1 cent per minute (landline, not with a cellphone) to an european country (I take a look at a list and check it for Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Romania - Finland cost 1,89 cent).

I am not surprised that you don’t get a answer.
I also wrote an email some month back to rutzki to report a flaw on his shop, no answer just an read notification from outlook….error got never corrected…

Since then I have found some other major flaws on his system but if he don’t answers I have no ambition to help him.

Find a flaw that under charges you, post it publicly & watch how fast its fixed. :smiley:

Were these security flaws? Other people just post the flaw if the company has had ample time to fix but insists on ignoring it.You just send one final email saying they have one more month to either respond or fix it before its posted publicly.
