Finally received the light , originally ordered Nov. 27th,2013 . Ordered with a charger head , but as many others - charger head is missing .What is worse - the light does not work . Tried it with different Panasonics,Samsungs , LG - no go.At the beginning , maybe 7-8 times the light came “On ”, very low - similar to Zebralight 0.2 lm . Stayed “On” for a few seconds , and then turned off by itself. Now does not even turn “On” any more.Otherwise - it is a beautiful light , both protected and unprotected seem to fit fine. Any advice ?
Record a video and send it to their customer support.
May be It’s loose of Star Brass plate.make sure you will screw it fit with pcb driver.
and be careful short circuit between B+of battery and Star Brass plate.
Welcome to the “missing Charger Club”.
i reiceved mine and the Charger head was missing when i order the charger head. They send me emails telling me they now sent the charger head to wait for 15 - 25 days for it to arrive.
So alteast i know im not alone getting stiffed in this “deal” in the first place. 
the light i recieved works fine, with both protected and unprotected. im guessing you recieved a bad light. contact them asap about the missing charger and the faulty light.
Try it with unprotected cells. You know the button has to be held down for a second or two to turn the light on. You probably know, just checking.
Contacted via PM and mail. Now waiting to see how this is going to proceed…

Same here. I bought it for the charging ability and they stiffed me on the charge head that was supposed to be included.
Well, this has to be one of the worst messed up orders I have ever had.
Today I received my resend!
And guess what….
They have sent me a complete new one!
And while getting a free flashlight normally is a reason to celebrate…. They failed to include the charger head! The one thing they should have resend!
So everybody who has a resend on the way, expect it to be a flashlight and not the charger head.
I think I’ll just order the charger head and keep the light as compensation. Really don’t want to deal with the hassle of having to return this. Besides, the shipping costs alone would be almost more than the light. Can’t ship it as a letter and an untracked package is 18€ to china. light is around 20€) I don’t really need a second one, but I can leave the charger head attached to one and the flashlight to the other, and have a spare head in case it dies on me.
How hard could it be to send a combined order they offer on the site, not a special request but just a plain and simple click and order item.
lol it would be nice to actually hear from someone from BG in this thread regarding all these screw ups

They contacted me directly, and told me they re-sent the charger. I will wait up to a couple weeks to see if they are good on their word ar actually sent it. Regardless, they should fix this issue, as it happened to alot of others, and will drive customers away from purcasing there again if they ot this repeatedly.
I also received the light without the charger head and was told they would resend.
Did anybody get a charger head?
I have not yet. I will wait another week before i black-list Banggood to my Do-Not-buy-From list or file a claim to Paypal.
Got a package from BG, and guess what I got... The charger head :) It was actually quite painless. They made an error, they fixed it, I'm fine. Contacting BG via BLF PM could have helped, I don't know.

I would be very interested in swapping the driver out to add a moonlight mode.
It shows a picture of the charger head , but doesn’t describe it in the title. Does it come with the charger , we’re you expecting to get the charger?
It was ordered, and came, with the charging head.
