Not new but good price:

http://www.fasttech.com/search?nitecore%20i2

I have’t seen any clones. Where can I find them?

Some small tritium kit markers/keyrings in a range of colours (blue, green, orange, white, yellow), 11.29 USD each:

It’s been some time since I made a purchase of a Nitecore from Fasttech, but now see that their prices are actually high.

I recognize that MAP may be in play here, but do they offer a discount on them, other than the 5% off, if contacted privately?

thanks…

some of the newer Nitecores look nice but the prices that Fasttech used to charge would have made them within reach

Be careful if they offer you a discount - you’re expected to pay full price up front, and then you’re supposed to get a ‘rebate’.

Well….maybe some folks did. I sure as hell didn’t. I have a D40A here that I paid the full $79 for, and it’s CW instead of the requested NW - and it didn’t have the holster when it arrived.

Now, I’m a generous man and fortunately I can afford it and it didn’t cause me any hardship. But NOTHING pisses me off like being lied to and cheated. FastTech has screwed me once, and I flat guarantee you it’s the last time. In addition I will tell everyone, at every opportunity.

They cheated me for $20, and I’m going to do my best to make sure it costs them $200 at the very least.

Come to think of it, I guess I’m a kind of a vindictive old bastard. Ah well, c’est la vie. J)

I’m assuming you did, but did you contact them about not receiving the rebate? And they refused to give you what was agreed upon?

They have the small isolator Discs

I’ve tried, no luck. Look for another seller.

Now they have also purple tritium. Green is the brightest. Please check the customs laws of your country. In some tritium isn't legal for example in Germany you can get some problems.
Price is the same as the others, which Chloe posted $11,29. My link - non aff-link

Wallbuys sells KingKOngs ICR26650 with 4000mAh one piece for $7,26 since a few months. I don't know, if Wallbuys have older stocks (like the LG 18650 D1) of the King Kong and this cell came without a box.

Today some new knives are listed, too. Some I haven't seen before and some which are known from other store for a longer time.

I start with some knives: Ganzo G701 in 3 versions. The blade color is always grey, but the handle colors are different. Available are black, green and tan - like the G704 colors. Bladelength 84mm. Price (green/tan): $17,52, black $17,08. My link - non aff-link

Authentic TEKUT LK5268 Wolf Paw Stainless Steel Folding Knife 60mm blade / black, 7Cr17MoV. On the handle are some footmarks of a wolf (looks a little bit like the Jack Wolfskin logo) Price $16,80 My link - non aff-link

The next knives are avialable with a blade length of 90, 75, 68 and 55mm. They aren't new on the market (Vaialable in other shops since a few years). The 90mm version is avaialable in black/grey camo, the others are available in black, too. It has an interesting way to open and close it (short video). The is a knock off the Kershaw ET.Kershaw ET
Price for the 90mm is $10 and the cheapest 55mm version $5,15.

Authentic Sanrenmu B4-733 Stainless Steel Folding Knife, 64mm blade, 8Cr13MoV, carabineer Clip. Price $11,30 My link - non aff-link

Ganzo G302B Stainless Steel Multi-Tool. If you need a multi-tool and Leatherman or Victorinox is to expensive - I know that the Leathermans in the US are cheaper as her in Europe. I ordered a Ganzo 301 a year ago for a friend who want to give it away to a fellow. It's feels stable and I have never heard anything bad about it. Price $42,84. My link - non aff-link

The SRM 733 is one of my two favorite knives. I posted a mini-review of it a while back, but the short version is that it’s a good design and well-made. Fun to fidget with, too, with its flipper. It’s too bad they don’t have it in all-silver or all-black yet.

I couldn’t resist the Sunwayman V20C-Y neutral white version for about 39 shipped. True, it doesn’t have the XM-L2 but that’s OK.

Maybe you could use it as a host and put an XM-L2 into it?

Has anyone bought this S6 clone? Does it have the brass pill like similar X-Power and Convoy lights and Omten switch? I’m thinking about, at the least, upgrading the driver.

Several explosives added today. Not going to link them.

I know this is not a radio thread however it must be said, if you do buy a uv-3r under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you use the charging stand. It simply wires 5V strait to the li-ion battery.

DO NOT USE IT!

You CAN use the charger into the charging port on the side of the radio though, it is regulated though a ‘proper’ li-ion charge controller.

Thanks for the head’s up. I ended up grabbing a couple of 5R’s, and did not realize that the 3R has a battery setup similar to a cell phone.

If you go by the FAQ written by Ed Griffin, at the bottom of page 9, it sounds like if you have the correct battery, it should still have a protection IC in it, but he also confirms that the base has no controller, so it’s a good head’s up for anyone that may have grabbed those units from Fasttech. Anyway, here is some more information from that FAQ on this subject that may be of interest to some:

Edit: I shouldn’t have said, “written by Ed Griffin” (he owns Wouxun.us), it says on the cover it was a collaboration project, so it would be more accurate to say he distributed it (and probably had a large part in the collaboration as well).

I will recommend the larger models of the 300 series more, because they are more stable, but cost $15-20 more.

Sanrenmu 9054MUC-GP No Lock Stainless Steel Folding Knife 83MM blade. The GP is the green handle version the GH the black. Price $13,16. Teutate buy this on ebay for $18,90 and show some more pictures here. Important thing: It hasn't a lock, but it's to long for UK (3") if you do not modify it. Take a look at the thread of Teutate.
