why not make a flashlight from BLF self ?

always available … the brand of BLF itself, with any gain as sponsorship for expenses and optimization of the site.

eg a KE5 with brass pill, qlittle driver and xml2

with a nice logo on both sides and a blue button

all those visitors here “I’m new and I’m looking for a good flashlight”

you are going to sell thousands … BLF

Bort is not, but if that were used for a mass market product i am sure it will be despised, its hideous and belongs on a list of failed products

Some answers:

- Tint will be 3C

- Holster is included

- BLF logo will be just "BLF"-text printed to the head of the light

- Logo printing is optional -> it's possible to order the light without BLF logo

Ps. Ric got a pre-production sample, which is still CW and without memory. He says the quality is good and threads seem to be smooth & totally ok, but he'll send that to me with DHL, so I can check those too..

I was really wanting 4C too for gifts, others have commented on the warm 4C tint I have and like it. Since I have not tried 3C before, intended recipients haven’t seen it, and the head issue seems to not really be mentioned, I’d probably reduce from 2-4 for gifts to 1 if its 3C. Prob would increase to 4 if both addressed!

Do they do 0.2% of lumens or current? I'd bet it's current, which means it would be a lot more than 0.2% of lumens.

0.2% of 880 lumens is 1.76 lumens which I would find pretty useless myself Also any chance of OP reflector? That would be high on my list of wants for this light as it would eliminate any chances of a crappy beam pattern leading me to give it away and writing it off as a loss/wasted money. edit The lowercase “h” in “STARRY LIGhT” looks like a unnoticed error by the manufacturer.

0.2% mode provides enough light for many tasks, and very long runtime (rough estimate would be over 17 days of light!)

OP reflector would be a nice addition, but I doubt it’s doable. I’ll ask anyways. (Stippling it yourself is always an option)

i figure it would be about 3 lumens, which is not at all bad, its probably about average for incandescent bulb flashlights
