I doubt the specs - there is a very low probability that it really is an M bin in warm white and 800 lumens seems rather less than plausible. However, it does look interesting.
It looks like it might be a P60 light - or it might not. Not a bad price for a probably pretty bright warm white emitter. The body appeal to me too.
Its the same body as the Ultrafire/Suterfire G2 and indeed a p60 host. :)
Very nice looking and I like that warm beam color. But I own way too much p60 hosts.

There's usually a big hit in brightness to get a tint that warm, so I don't see how it could be M. Quark's cool white XP-G lights are R5, neutral is R4, and warm whites are only Q5. It's rare the budget dealers offer something in neutral, let alone warm.
Having had a look at the Cree website - if it is what Cree call a warm white, the highest bin offered is an H bin.

However, DX say 4500-5500K which is what Cree calls neutral which are available in J and K bins. Cree only give output at 350mA per die, not the 700 it can handle. From the output curves here, it ought to give 75% more at 700mA giving a bare emitter output at 2.8A (4 dies) of 370*1.75=650lm for a J bin and 750lm for a K bin. It would be 850 for an M bin of which 600 might get out the front if Cree made an M bin neutral white - which they didn't as of the current MC-E datasheet which is dated 2010 but no month.
