No e-mail, no record of me registering on their site and yet here it is!
White box, o-ring, grease, green rings, slight over focus when zooming.
Very bright little light (subjective) with the best looking clip (strong) I have in my
collection and no scratches.
The slid is a little too easy to move. Any ideas on how to add friction? Heavy grease?
All in All a well spent $2.18. Still surprised how bright!
Open it up, take out the little metal ring, pop in a rubber gasket from lowes/home depot that will fit in the groove, the metal ring really just doesn't cut it on the friction for the zoom, then, make sure you put some NOALOX on the threads and o-ring and re-assemble..smooth as glass after that
I got mine today in that beautiful yellow box… oh wait, the boy was rather squished
Anyway nice light for 2,18$, if i knew this was real i’d order MORE

I have YET to receive any email about the flashlight being shipped. Anyone on the same boat? I’ll hit them with an email…
Received mine today...Poor packaging...Flimsy white cardboard. No protective plastic (like fasttech or other dealers) Even the envelope was plain paper.Ok, the envelope was somewhat protective. It seems a bit dim compared to the other 3 sk68 clones I had. It has 1-2 rings when zoomed out unlike other clones. The next memory mode suxs. The zoom in (for throw) is not totally focused. It lacks the little bit more play to be totally focused. The tint is horrid. Well, its the only one with this slightly blueish annoying tint. Is it a good purchase for $2.18? Taking no other factors into consideration, yes. Is is a good purchase when you think about the fastech $5.20 clone one? Definetely no.
Received mine earlier in the week. Came in the thick yellow box originally meant for a 501B. It is three mode, with about the same quality as other good SK68’s I’ve owned. Has the dated-but-still-useful-in-this-host XR-E emitter. Didn’t try a 14500, works fine on NiMH.
Replaced the metal zoom grinder ring with a lubed O-ring, removed next-mode memory, and put black Sharpie on the metal/plastic emitter retainers (cuts down on rings in the beam).
Otherwise left it as-is, will be mine until I give it away.
I tried the pencil line over the caps trick but couldn’t get rid of the next mode memory. My driver has two caps. I tried light light lines, heavy lines, each cap individualy and both caps together. Anyone able to get rid of next mode memory?
