I think I ordered two in NW. Did anyone else get a payment failed message after paying? My Paypal account still shows two $23.00 payments, but on the vendor’s site it says payment failed.

Also after you have ordered did you get any confirmation e-mail from CNQG, i’ve never bought from them so i don’t know if they send one or how long it takes, i got the paypal e-mail confirming i made payment

You won't get any confirmation of purchase immediately. That's standard operating procedure. You'll get shipping notice from Ric when they ship.

As far as getting Payment Failed screen, I haven't had experience with that issue. But I wouldn't worry too much.. Ric always takes care of us.

Bought 1 NW w/tracking. No issue with ordering though I did find it a little cumbersome / confusing.

I haven’t received any e-mails either, but I can log in to my account on their website & view my order. It does show confirmed & payed but not yet shipped. So, although I didn’t pay the extra $2 for tracking, I still have a pretty good idea about what’s going on.

This is what they show after I have made my payment.

Anyway I just realize something that if you go to User Center > My Order the status is shown as “Confirmed, Payed, Unshipped”. So I think CNQ has received our payment in their system, while the payment failed status may be just an error.

Yes. That's what occasionally happens with CNQG. Nothing to worry about. (If Paypal shows the payment, it means that he did get it)

Their process is a mess, but once they made email contact with me, they were extremely helpful.
