Yeah, I’ve had a similar experience with CNQG/Ric, I got one order months later, and I’m still waiting for some items after 5 months. But this time if they take even close to the end of the paypal dispute window, I’m definitely filing within it. I made a mistake of trusting CNQG due to reviews here and not doing that. Every time I contact him and he gets around to responding, says he shipped or “oops I will ship” and I have to remember another month to check up on this, but I wish I would have filed now and had an end to it. At least they are two smaller orders.
On the other hand, anyone who ordered these should probably sit back and relax and just mark 30 or 40 days on a reminder service/calendar of some kind, because I know DX takes a while too. You gave them an order, and they’ve got till dispute window time to do fill it, no need to worry till then.

These aren’t from a US warehouse and nothing is kept in inventory - I just learned the hard way! TexasToasted set me straight. They promise that the items will be available in 48 hours but it doesn’t happen.
What’s really ironic here is that I bought mine with a credit I had from DX from about a year ago. I got the credit after waiting 4 months for 3 - XM-L C10’s. When I finally got them, they turned out to be XR-E’s, even though the logo on the light stated XM-L. It took almost 6 months of additional waiting when DX finally said we can’t ship and gave me a credit.
So, i bought this with 2 year old money and now I’ll have to wait all over again.

Just received this just now “One or more of your items are temporarily out of stock.” |( This is my 2nd order from DX (1st one 6 years ago no problem) & gonna be my last from them.
