you want to punish someone?

$5.12 for shipping to the US. From the pics it looks well worth $15 though.

These are available from banggood for the same price. I have one inbound. Seems a little on the cheesy side but with built in charging port, audible alarm, attack head, side switch and side cutter there’s a lot there for $15.

banggood light

Nice theme for a thread because of the obscureness of ebay. I suggest as a 'rule' in this thread that at least with every deal a picture is shown of what the deal is about.

Looky nice!

brand: MRV $8.38
Forget it, you get a different model with side switch…

and of course:

the mini version $2.37

very nice prices for budget conscious minded BLF flasholics
that double O rings light reminded me of Keenwin light :~

Just saw this on eBay. Interesting concept. Anyone actually have it?

Want to know if the ‘lantern mode’ is actually usable, or not to bother with.

not exactly ebay but still a good deal ;)

Thanks HBomb.
Didn’t realize this concept was already a few years old.
Wasn’t sure what to call this thing.
So far I’ve seen the following names similar to this design:

- Sipik SK51 (thanks HBomb)

- Zoomable Flashlight and Pop Up Lantern

- LED Dual Light

- LED Flashlight + Lantern 2 in 1

- Flashlight which extends to become a lantern

- Pop up LED lantern / flashlight combo

- Flashlight Lantern Combo

- Led Camping Lantern Flashlight Torch Lamp (

  • Lantern Stretch Light

After some looking around, here are some I think fall into this particular combo catagory:

The Romisen RC-N3 is a versatile light that can use CR123A, 16340, and 2AA with the included extension tube. With a cool white Cree XR-E, it’s a thrower in a small form factor. Without the extension tube, it’s a compact stubby. With the extension tube it becomes a 2AA stick.

Tail current is 0.95A with a cheap 16340 and 1.9A with 2 AA alkaline cells.

Here are some features (plus and minus):

  1. OP aluminum screw-in reflector
  2. single mode
  3. forward clickie
  4. solid aluminum screw-in pill
  5. nice anodization
  6. anodized tail cap for lock-out or conversion to twisty
  7. thick walls
  8. thick glass lens
  9. o-rings
  10. nice wire belt clip
  11. does not tail stand

The main tube is sized for CR123A so there is some rattling when used with 2AA extension tube. I solved this by cutting 1/4” copper tubing to act as a sizing adapter.

I broke the tail switch after unscrewing it. Thanks to the anodized tailcap, I was able to convert the light to a twisty by adding a spring.

It’s a bargain for $6.83 shipped from the US. By 5 or more and get 5% off. I ordered two more before you take them all.
