Been considering a HD2010 and modding for a while now, this might be the kick up the butt I required.
I’m in too. Can’t exactly call myself inexperienced but I have never reflowed an emitter before.

If I have 2 and 1 on the way does that mean I have a HD2010 or does it mean something else and that would mean that I could enter this comp? Is everyday getting worse or is it just me?

Please count me in OL. I have one on order too, but will pass it along if I win this. I haven’t done any reflowing, adding chips, or spring swapping. (You would do that spring upside down right to avoid shorting chips?) Thanks for the chance
I haven't a HD2010 and I think I'm not a modder, if I have changed the driver (replace a 5 mode driver with a 105C). I'm in.
Is it difficult to reflow with a 48 watt (noname) soldering station or would it be possible that you OL do this for the winner?
I dont own a HD2010 yet.
My first two dedomes were doomed and I killed my TO-8 removing the 3 sense resistors.
This will be fun.
Have done a few simple mods upgraded wire, swapped emitters. Some of the few were even successful!
