Yes, we need to give it a break man. The temptation is too great it seems! I need this to go back to regular price, as I am feeling the urge to get 1 more before my order ships, just in case!
Ubehebe figured out the date codes in post 25. These are probably the best bang for the buck that Ive yet to see for any 18650’s, so grab em while you can. I paid more for 10 laptop packs (80 Samsung ICR18650-28A cells) and have not had a single bad one.
I bought battery pack contain purple samsung batteries in it… so far is great, non of them is dud
the cheapest one I bought in the past was 6 for $17 and I thought it was a good deal.
but this one? definitely awesome deal!
sigh… part of me want to be greedy… part of me screamed what $#@!! you need more batteries for? :weary:
but if you don’t have that many battery for your flashlights… definitely need to get several of these ( great to include when giving away cheap flashlight to your friends and relatives )
I just put in for another 10 packs. These are heavy duty cells and will probably survive a dead short without a catastrophic failure (but no guarantees ). I resale flashlights by the ton and have over 80 of these cells out in the field to local customers without a single complaint.
I feel like I should just go all out, and get 5 more packs, for a total of 10 packs and be good for the next few years. Not even sure what I can do with the 5 packs/40cells I ordered already, besides use about 16 of those cells to build a nice battery pack. As for the other 24 cells, I guess as backups to all my lights that already have all panasonic 3400mah cells in them. I actually feel cheated buying the panasonic 3400 about 6 months ago, even though I paid around $80 for only 10 of them. For the same $80 I could have 64 of these samsung cells. Yeeeesh!!! I need to stop thinking about it like that!
It seems very rare that a deal like this ever comes around!
Good point. When I start seeing more SRK's go for $10 I sure will!!! That's the equivalent of about what these batteries are costing me! Heck, the 4 panasonic 3400 in my SRK cost more than my SRK did! Not too many lights have peaked my interest lately. Got my eyes set on a Sunwayman D40A that doesn't even take 18650's lol, but I have ton's of Eneloop XX and regular Eneloops with nothing to put them in!
I couldn’t resist. Just ordered one. Didn’t bite on this last Night but saw it was still available this morning. These will be perfect with the i4 I have that overcharges to 4.25 to 4.3. Thx OP!
sigh… I should stay away from my computer… just ordered another one… my wallet is thinner $50 in less than 8 hr :weary:
that’s mean I will have to buy more of these battery holder case to build battery pack for my bike lights … more money :_(
lucky you with your 4.3v super-saiyan i4, I have never got my i4 v2 to ever get a battery to 4.3v, but always gets them to exactly 4.23-4.25v...
That being said, I ordered 1 more for 6 total, as when this deal runs out, it looks like we may never see it again! 22 hours left. I set, done ordering for good now!
I combined 3 of those packs (in parallel) last year for my SRK bike light. Just be aware that after loading fresh cells, they might require a momentary input voltage through the 2 wires to reset the protection circuit before you can use them each time. I charged my cells in the cradles so it wasnt a problem.
Daylighter, do they make a 8x18650 8.4V battery holder like you linked? And is that pack compatible with this 5.5mmx2.1mm plug for both powering the bike light and recharging the battery pack?
