New battery comparators

I have been asked for more comparators and now they are there:

26650 and other large LiIon batteries.

AA/AAA alkaline, lithium and NiMH batteries (I do plan to add a some more NiMH in the near future).

The two old comparators are unchanged:

16340, 14500 and other smaller LiIon batteries.

18650, 18500 and other LiIon batteries close to 18650 size (26650 are also included here, but only part of the trace).

Thanks HKJ. Another handy asset you have there.

Thanks for all your contributions.

Thank you if you just linked that. But, wow awesome work if you made the comparator!!! That is super cool. I think that the headline on this post needs to read. IF YOU OWN BATTERIES< CLICK HERE!!

I read slow, and had no clue what a “comparator” was. Kinda threw me for a loop. I only clicked out of one of those things I call “lost in translation curiosity”. lol. That is where someone posts something and it makes no sense because of translation. For some stupid reason I like to read those. Peaks my curiosity and I am always amazed at how well folks from another part of the world learn English. And how dumb I am that I can’t speak any language other than English! I always wanted to learn Russian.

But ANYWAY!!! thanks for the links! Super cool.

Wonderful resource! Thanks HKJ!

Thanks HKJ!

Thanks HKJ.
Excellent Resource.

Now I just need an alert whenever a better cell than “the current best 18650” comes along…

What are the best cell?

Most capacity

Most capacity for $

Most power

Most power for $

Fits in a specific equipment and has most ...

Highest voltage at X ampere.

Or something else.

I am only providing the data, people must find the best cell for their purpose.

Thats a battery of batteries.

I for one would love to see a Top Choices category, Highest Capacity category, and also Top High Drain 10A+, as well as a 20A+ battery list, which list the top 10 batteries in these categories, for both 18650 and 26650. Its very hard for the average person choose or find what they want when you have so many options listed.

This is great HKJ! Your reviews help tremendously!

I had some help with the actual code for the first one. Somebody did not like my excuse about not having time and made the Java script part of the comparator, that forced me into adding some php and make a scripts to generate the data from my test database.

Wonderful, thanks a lot!
I love your reviews and comparators, THE battery ressource on the web.

bookmarked! thanks!

Thanks HKJ, both of the new comparators will be useful. I spend lots of time both with your comparators and on the individual writeups.

Thank you very much :-)

Thanks for this and for putting all that hard work into getting it done. It’s great.

This is one of the posts that really should be Stickied!!

thanks HKJ.

I must bookmark this
Thanks

More better batteries! :) Thank you, as usual very well done. Now we have a much more thorough range of cells, wish they still made the Powerizer to test, I'm betting it'd be at the top of the charts.

THE place to go when there's a question on cells. Period!
