Need help picking my first 18650 batteries

Please save me from a massive headache!
I’ve ordered my first 18650 flashlight, but there’s a problem - I don’t have any batteries. The Convoy S2+ I’m going to use them in has 4xAMC7135, so nothing too crazy. For charging I’m thinking about Nitecore i2.
I’ve looked through Fasttech’s Panasonic, Sanyo and Samsung protected 4.2V max voltage batteries. Here’s the list:
Panasonic Protected NCR18650A Rechargeable 3100mAh 3.7V 18650 Lithium Batteries $14.11
Panasonic NCR18650A 18650 3100mAh 3.7V Protected Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries (2-Pack) $16.86

Sanyo UR18650F 18650 2600mAh Protected Rechargeable Lithium Batteries (2-pack) $11.56

Authentic Samsung ICR18650-26F 18650 3.7V 2600mAh Protected Rechargeable Lithium Batteries $9.31

Which ones to pick?

Myself I prefer the Sanyo cells. A bit cheaper, have a small advantage on voltage under load on the NCR18650A cells and the runtime for most parts are good enough. They are the cells I buy in “bulk”.

Panasonics would be my go to best cell.

Sanyo would be the best budget choice over the samsungs since the samsung are listed as ‘ship next day’

Go with the cheaper of the panasonics NCR18650A. Have these in my own rotation. Well worth the couple of $ extra difference in price. .

The Sanyo and Samsung are very similar in use, spin a coin time. Have a few in my rotation as well.

In my own tests Pannies overall are the way to go for non extra high discharge cells. Their safety is also second to none.

Ok, my plan of buying at Fasttech is falling apart. I added some batteries to check shipping fees and guess what - I can’t select any of the shipping methods… Any reputable sources I could try instead?
Now I’m wondering how all these eBay sellers are supposed to ship me batteries if most shipping methods prohibit them.

EDIT: Well, I ordered 2 Samsung ICR18650-26F (at least they look like they’re 26F, description doesn’t say) form Banggod. Hopefully they’ll arrive without problems.
Thank you all for helping me out.
