I’m kind of annoyed. It has now been nearly two full days since I placed my order, and paid extra for express shipping, and it’s still in the ‘processing’ phase. This is for a US plug version, which theoretically is in stock. Very disappointed with gearbest. That is the kind of behavior I expect from an ebay seller, not an online store.

Did you ordered US plug or EU plug version? Quantity?

Did you add other items in the same order?

Have you contacted Dora (dorawu13@gmail.com) or somebody else from Gearbest staff?

US plug. Nothing else in the order. If it hasn’t shipped by midnight Easter Standard Time (noonish for gearbest, I think), I’ll email Dora.

As far as I know they only had some problems with EU plug version stock, so I guess you will be getting soon your shipping confirmation mail.

Hope they solve your problem as soon as possible.

ordered a US version and got message saying it was shipped out, with NLPost — I was supposing it will be shipped from China, any particular reason to ship with NLPost?

Finally, order placed on 28th 7:00, received “has been shipped out” status on 30th April 13:15, one EU unit. Flat Rate Shipping via NLPOST. In my case, they made it within 3 business days, in accordance with their item web site.

Well, I paid for expedited shipping as well, and they shipped by DHL on the 29th, and this morning at 10AM it has already hit the Cincinatti, OH DHL hub. I'm thinking tomorrow or Friday I will receive mine. Sorry they haven't shipped yours yet.

I hope that they managed to ship my order, then. I ordered over two days ago, so they should have had plenty of time to get it out before the holiday … and since they didn’t post a notice on their website about the delay, I feel kind of ripped-off after paying for 5-7 day shipping only to see a delay that’s as long as the total shipping time was supposed to be.

Mine says ‘pending’, not even in the ‘processing’ portion, but it also says ‘shipped out’, (and an email was sent, this time with tracking number_). Your notice from them does look like this below?

The little orange bar on my is in the ‘pending’ state, and the ‘Order Status’ field is processing. At this point the only way they’ll meet the shipping time that they promised would be to bump me to overnight free-of-charge …. and I doubt they’ll do that. At least now I know. I usually just get stuff on Amazon, because the frustration of receiving bad customer service outweighs the added cost of getting it from a ‘shipped by Amazon’ seller. Looks like I’ll be returning to that policy.

On that note - to anybody else in this thread thinking of buying faster shipping … don’t do it. Apparently you don’t actually receive the product any faster.

Haven’t you received an email about shipping notice yet? It’s highly possible that it’s been shipped already but there was a delay in email notification. It’s either this or you are just plain unlucky among the majority who got theirs shipped without any glitch. Ouch, plus the holidays….hope everything will fall into place.
