I never got an email saying mine shipped. In fact, I never got an order number. I can’t log into the site either. When I did a password retrieval, it gave me the password I was trying and still says it’s an invalid login.
So far the only acknowledgement from HKE that I even placed an order was this email. Notice it doesn’t give me an order number or even say what I ordered.
In fact I ordered directly through Paypal, because I had several items and it seems more practical at the time. I guess I could send a PM to HKE, but I guess he has better things to do than answering me
Lol, you’re right. I work in the customer business too, and people are so often jerks I try not to harass to much customer services when I can…but I’ll make a, exception this time!
Hey jmpaul320 I know you already have the SF3. Could you please help to check if SF3 can accept battery longer than 16mm like 16.6 or 16.7? What battery do you use? I do have a Nitecore NL166 in the shelf and a Keeppower in the mail. Thanks.

still not accepting the coupon code for me. I went ahead and ordered 2 x NW SG5s and 2 x spot reflectors by sending direct payememnt to their paypal account.
My SF5 arrived today. Neutral White XM-L2, as ordered. And what a great little flashlight it is. It’s going to become my new favourite for a while, and reminds me that I rarely need much more than 200 lumens.
Mine is a tiny bit brighter on turbo when using Li-Ion too (compared to a freshly charged Eneloop), but the difference only registers with a light meter and not with my eyes.
