Ultrafire WF-602C CREE Q5 LED 5 Mode with CR123A & Charger for 13-14$

Corrected: http://vip.dinodirect.com/UltraFire-WF-602C-CREE-Q5-180-Lumens-LED-5-Mode-Flashlight-with-Lithium-Battery-Charger.html

I have calculated in the discount too, you can find codes for 10% discount easily. So thats even less than 13 USD than...

I think its a deal because you get charger and battery for practically the same price of flashlight only - on dx. http://www.dealextreme.com/p/ultrafire-602c-q5-5-mode-led-flashlight-cr123a-10806

But I hope it is the same flashlight, because, you can see on the pictures, there writes 402 and not 602, as I can see. You cannot see the nmber on dx pictures too, but than again, thats just the letters on the body. Dx also sells T6s with R2 written on the body... (oh, on dy you can see 602c writting after all http://www.dealextreme.com/feedbacks/browseCustomerPhotos.dx/sku.10806~id.73666 )

But I cannot find nowhere Ultrafire 402c, so I dont know what to think about that, Im prone to think ist not major issue.

And I hope battery wont explode in first use, and charger fall apart. I have great expectations:)
So, all in all, if it is the same flashlight and if battery and charger are functional, I think its a deal.

The Panda flashlight looks similar (or the same with a anoter brand) as the Ultrafire A10B - on DX you get it witha R2 LED and a little bit cheaper as the Panda:

Those chargers....

Does anyone now for sure, where to buy a functional one?

I´ve bought 4 from DX. First and second were OK. Stepped (doh) on the first, buddy bought the second.

After that, 2 of these charged only to 4+Volts, not to 4,20V...

Bought 1 more from eBay, same deal and it didn´t start charging until battery below 3,9V.

Dealer sent another because first was like that, second was the same. I told dealer fine, no more further demands from me.

You can get a 3 mode version from ebay for only $8.99 black or silver.

The black one seems to be Ultrafire or Supfire

I think, the q5 has more flood, too. R2 or oftfen built in throwers. But think about a R5 - this is a good LED with more flood as the R2 and brighter as a Q5.

If you want something with flood for the bicycle take a look at the skyray (here is the Dinodirect link, because you are the one with the DD coupons):

Skyray R5

I have some R2 (the skyray with R5 is on the way to me). I have an older flashlight with a Q5, but it's only a AA flashlight - so I could not compare the lights - a 18650 against a AA isn't fair.

A nice q5 flashlight is on the way:

Trustfire Z1 Q5

Q5 and R2 are practically the same emitters (Cree XR-E), the only difference is that R2 is about 7% more efficient, almost unnoticeable to the naked eye. Both emitters come in two versions, with EZ1000 or EZ900 chip. EZ900 is smaller (thin red square around the chip), and throw better. Cree XP-G R5 is completely different emitter.
