…I then sent him an email with the requested photo on the same day more than 4 days ago….,
…and I am Still waiting for his reply More than 4 days later….
“Neal” repeatedly uses that fake stall tactic to try and distract you from the 45 day paypal dispute limitation. Dont fall for it and file your dispute now for the entire amount that you paid. Then send him an email to say that all communications from this point on must be done through the paypal dispute system to protect yourself from his poor customer service bullshit routine, and that you will no longer reply to his emails. Tell him you learned your lesson through flashpilot and that many others will be doing the same every time he pulls his BS. He knows darn well that I kicked his butt every time he tried to rip me off… and I never backed down until he fulfilled his promises. Ignore any further emails from him and reply to him only through paypal. Dont forget to escalate the dispute when directed by paypal. Just tell the truth and paypal will almost always side with you. Under no circumstances should you ever cancel a dispute unless you have the corrected merchandise in your hand and verify that it is exactly what you ordered. If he fails to comply within the time frame, paypal will likely refund the entire amount. Ive been down this road at least 4 or 5 times with the bangdick idiots till I finally stopped buying from them… at least for the time being. I bought a neutral swm d40a from BG and they sent a CW d40a…was not please because I don’t use CW lights very often…they refunded me 4$ for the error so that was cool of them…I won’t buy from them again…i’ve avoided chinese vendors for awhile now, but the price was too good to not take a risk…the light arrived quickly and in good condition so they did a good job with that, but I doubt they’ll get another crack with my cash…
In the last year we have bought quite a few torches and batteries from Banggood, ranging from pricey Nitecore TM26 and Nitecore SRT7 (2 off)…
…to many cheapy Ultrafire “zoomies”…
But the last 2 orders have had lots of problems…,
…and in particular the last order has been bad news (all delivered items are the Wrong items, and even some Wrong items are Faulty)….
I then contacted Neal, and after we exchanged a few emails….,
…he requested a photo, which I then sent to him 8 (EIGHT) days ago….,
……and he still has Not even bothered to answer….
Unfortunately, it seems Neal (Banggood) Only does the talk, BUT does NOT Do the walk….
I have now lodged a PayPal dispute for Banggood.
And we will not be buying any more from Banggood, UNLESS they VERY QUICKLY and PROMPTLY fix the screwed up order. |(
I have made a few orders with Banggood now. Not all the orders are flashlight related and not all of them have arrived yet.
Some orders are split into separate packages from different warehouses. Today I just got one from China in just 7 days! Ordered on the 15th, the particular package that has arrived shipped on the 17th and arrived today, the 23rd. This was just standard registered post to Australia.
I have not had any problems with products from BG, but I have not bought the infamous Solarstorm SC0x series from BG or the convoy L4? that got mixed with a C8.
Welll surprisingly they resend my wrongly shipped package (it was their fault) so i would say they are ok even though now i will have to wait like 1 week more i guess. My experience with them has been ok for now, not good not bad i would say.
Got a delivery from BG, with missing parts:
(2 pieces Soshine Ladre, which lacked power adapters and USB cables)
I chose then to not open a paypal dispute, but rather see if BG fixed the problem.
of course it took some time …… with many e-mails to customsuport ….
But then Neal came into play,
Promised me 2 new chargers, better and more expensive, for free
Having now received these, and am very happy.
Conclusion:
Neal is a man of his Word !

Strange…reading the reviews now, I would’ve expected to have a different experience. I was notified immediately about the purchase/shipping, and received the item in less than 10 days…Think that makes it last week…?
Ordered from cnqualitygoods the same time and had to email to find out what was happening with the order-no tracking or anything, and email just said I could log in to see the status. Still, nothing after 2 weeks.
Don’t know about you guys, but after some issues before, now my experience with BG is ok, their non flashlight/cells CS is still not really good, but for flashlights/cells/chargers Neal is really great guy, he helped me always, and fixed my issues. He is a great support.
And thats the way these things go. From what I can tell, each dealer has some issues which I would expect even with local bricks and mortar stores. Some people have never experienced the issues at all. And others yet will poo poo the one you have had good dealings with while praising the one you think is the devil.
