I tried all the usual suspects but didn't find anyone selling them.

AW on CPF used to sell them and a thorough search there might come up with some more useful information but a lot of useful material seems to disappear from CPF - many searches there bring up dead links.

I have not seen one for sale in over three years. You can still get the CR123 sized one though.
