I know it was harsh for you to get banned on cpf, and by 'warned' they often just mean had older pictures removed etc which can be missed. They can be pretty stupid with banning and suspending people over there. I posted yesterday asking about opinions on a good deal I got for something and they just removed it, no reason given why even though previous posts of a similar nature were left alone.
But I will post what I said there again: The light has been measured in an integrating sphere by someone to be 580 lumens I dont care if this is less than 1200 and you previously thought it was amazingly bright and so must be around 1200. you have to remember 580 OTF lumens is a lot of light. Combined with the tight beam allowed by using XR-E leds to make that will give it a high peak beam intensity and appear very bright. It is not really anywhere near 1000 true lumens however, almost all of the cheaper chinese manufacturers inflate output ratings a lot. The 3x XM-L light I mentioned claims 3800 lumens to the 1200 claimed by the 5x XR-E one, neither of them actually are that powerful; they have been measured at 580 and 1600. But they are still both very powerful lights.
This isn't a bad thing, you just need to readjust your thinking of what numbers correlate with what brightness. Think of it as meaning that there are many more options out there left to try which are now brighter than you would have imagined before.
Here is a picture of the light you showed and the 3x XM-L light I mentioned both shone against a wall next to each other:
It's often hard to judge brightness by eye, are you judging by hotspot brightness (intensity) or shining them at a white/pale ceiling one after the other and comparing the amount of light on the floor? That second way should give a much better indication of overall brightness.
The problem is that pictures can't really show comparative brightness unless both lights to compare are in the picture together or the two pictures have been calibrated so they have exactly the same camera settings. You certainly can't compare what a picture shows to a subjective comparison of how bright something else is in real life.
With regards to a 55w halogen, the fact that this light is so much more focused makes it look more powerful. It may match or beat the beam intensity, but not overall lumen output.
I would stick up for you on the banning front, but you are being very frustrating just ignoring what many people have told you and insisting slightly overexposed pictures 'prove' your light must be a solid output amount. Maybe your light is overperforming and is a bit more than 580 OTF but you can't tell by pictures.
If you really want an accurate guess at what yours is putting out you have to use a DMM to measure current input from the tail. Then we could work it out, but please stop asking people for subjective opinions on how bright it is from pictures.
As someone else said, it is great you are pleased with your light, that's the main thing. But if you want to really find out what it outputs you have to actually do some listening after you ask even if the response wasn't what you imagined. It really isnt a bad thing the output isnt as high as youd previously thought, the true amount of lumens is the same as ever, it is just as bright a light as before, you just now know there are even better and brighter options to choose from in the future. That is maybe a little annoying I guess, but really not such a bad thing.
