MAHA C9000
Powerex NIMH 1.2v 2700 AA (mn capacity 2500mah)
Are still on the break-in cycle (877mins) 15 hours and selected 2700mah as the capacity from the break-in menu
3525mah 266MA 1.5v
3511mah 265MA 1.49v
3511mah 266MA 1.48v
3522mah 266MA 1.5v
They are lightly used batteries and the MAH continues to increase.
Is this OK, …am concerned about the high MAH compared to the battery capacity printed on the label.
Batteries not hot, barely warm.
Thanks.

This is normal.
When using break in it is 16 hours at 0.1C charge, followed by a 0.2C dicharge and again a 16H 0.1 charge.
So it will put 1.6 times the selected capacity in the battery, but with such a low current that it is no problem.
1.6x2700 = 4320
Wait…you are complaining your batteries are actually charging at HIGHER than claimed ratings?
It’s like popping the back hatch on a VW bug you bought and complaining it had a Porche engine in it
While the rest of us are wading thru Chinese Lumen and mAh Hell you are complaining about a battery that is doing BETTER than they claim?

The low charge rate might be responsible for the high capacity readings.

warhawk …was more concerted that putting such high charge battery into a sextoy might increase the speed and reduce the usual 15mins of operation to 5
Thanks fellas, I see they are discharging now and also understand the forums popularity and that you guys love watching batteries charge and discharge again, am also confident that this forum is the goto for battery and sextoy advice.
Is a great place, you are a great lot.
What, you don’t have gas powered sextoys

It’s normal for niMh to show up to 25% or more in the charging mode. It’s explained the C9000’s manual.
If you are looking for sextoy advice, I recommend you go to a fleshlight forum.
this here is a (usually) family friendly flashlight forum.

So no family classifications are endangered.
so far MAHA screen says batteries are resting and indeed they do look very relaxed.

This makes me want to try these. My sanyo aa 2700 discharged ~2500 for me and I thought that was pretty good.
