CNQG down two days now, temporary?

I could have sworn someone posted requesting info on how to track their package. Ninja deletes???

I tried to order a BTU. It wouldn’t let me select a shipping type. I emailed Ric and he got right back to me. He reset my password, and sent me the new one. Everything worked smoothly after that. My order was accepted and shipped w/tracking immediately.

My old password signed me in OK, things just got hinky trying to checkout.

It looks like he's spent some time working on CNQG. Just a couple days ago the site wouldn't load many of the product pictures, but a quick check shows that that's all fixed. I'm liking the direction the new DQG 26650 is going with possibly 5 or 7 emitters. I still hope for a true firefly mode. That price isn't very attractive though.

The Black shadow (apparently its just Shadow) JM20 was $38 ($36 maybe) for months, then offered as a weekly special for maybe 2 days at $28 just before the site went down. When the site came back it was at $42 but now its $35.

However, free shipping …lol.

I note the category drop down menus dont seem to be functioning for me (firefox). Nor the selections either. I just clicked the Blackshadow menu, and got Solarstorm and Skyrays. No JM20, I needed to search for it. Its till a work in progress.

Went back and found some missing pictures. It's much better than it was though. FF is still in bad shape.

I think people concerned about dealings with him should take notice and see he likely isnt ignoring them. The site upgrade takes time too, so its not just them. He likely has little spare time IMO.

I have complained a couple of time about his lack of reaction, so in all fairness I have to update.
After several weeks of trying to get contact I finally got a response a couple of days ago after I had posted in another topic here and send him a message again.

This time he reacted quick and with a good solution and compensation.
If the solution comes through I take back my word about him trying to scam me.
It still is bad that it had to take almost 2 months before he responded, but at least a late and good response is better than a quick and bad one.

I got the last BTU Shocker host. When I ordered, Ric said it was sold out, but he would try to find me one.
Shocker shipped, and now site says “sold out”

Yeh ummm…heheheh

Maybe I know something about that host?

Explain yourself.

I'm not sure I can as the tracking is not working. If it was not me it was someone else. Theres been a few run out lights from different shops lately.

My tracking is working.
China Post won’t track. I track it with Canada Post.
Did you try tracking yours with Aussie Post?

Aussie post tracking never works for items from China. 17Track works with some and others just simply never work. Whats tracking on yours?

I use an APP called Parcel. I can track any Post office or currier all at the same time.

This is what I see if I choose China Post Registered.

If I change the setting to Canada Post tracking, this is what I get. I expect the next scan to show up at Burnaby, British Columbia.

If you PM me your tracking number I can play around and see if anything shows up. No guarantees though.

Heres three. The top two track ok but show nothing once they hit Australia. They never do. The third hopefully is the Shocker.

I didn’t get any hits on the Shocker. How long since it was mailed? It might be stuck in China still.

It’s strange that nothing gets tracked by Australia post. I know that Canada post has an international agreement concerning registered mail. It picks up and tracks all incoming registers as soon as they scan departing the country of origin. Perhaps Oz Post isn’t playing nice in the international postal sandbox. I’ll see if I can find anything on Australia Post regarding to International registered mail. Maybe they weren’t invited to the party and are sulking.

Yikes.
I was searching the web for info about Australia Post tracking and after scanning several blogs about it, I had to sign off because my sheltered life as a Canada post employee could not process the invective that was being hurled at OZ post on the matter of tracking parcels.
I’m going to have bad dreams tonight.
