That’s DETOLF, from IKEAland. Only $65. My downlight is a Malkoff M60LF in an UltraFire host, hard-wired to a lamp circuit via 9V transformer.
Something I noticed is that many newer collectors don’t seem to own SureFire lights, they must have lost some appeal in the past few years.
I have that same Detolf Ikea cabinet for some of my lights. ( i need a second one though as this one is full.

I got my first ‘budget’ lights. All the multiples are with different tints.
The Olights aren’t concidered “Budget” lights, though the others are.
Yeah, I was referring to the XinTD and the stainless AAA from the group buy, but I did get the S80 for under $30 including the diffuser and 26650.
A few more - S6 is triple nichia. 
Not at all. It doesnt say exclusively budget light forum, there are huge amounts of information and threads on the subject of budget lights, and how to make them eat expensive lights.

Nitecore HC-60 Trusty Hardhat light for two years, taken apart for repair but not modded
Zebralight HL-600 Great headlamp, very light, super bright, easy to use.
Need to diversify my brands, but love the Eagletac stuff in hand, and I’ve found out how to take apart the pills to repair/mod them easily. Even found out how to easily make the T25c2 take 16mm sinkpads instead of 14mm.
In the true spirit of BLF, all of my lights cost less than $30
