About the buyer protection, kindly check the DHgate Buyer Protection Policy, you could get the official policy explaination of DHgate.
In DHgate platform, no seller likes dispute with buyer, once it happens, the level of seller will be decended, it means your all products ranking will be decended too in DHgate, it will lead to loose business directly. And DHgate will freeze the release of all the payment for 3 month.If many disputes happen, the shop will be closed by DHgate. So if one seller wants to do business for long time, he will try the best to provide the good product and good service to get the good reputation in DHgate.Maybe some bad sellers also sell some products, but I think he can’t keep for long time.
The followings are my suggestions, how to choose the seller in DHgate:
1.Choose the seller who have done business in DHgate for long time, like more than 1 year
2.Check the postive feedback ration,100% is the best, it means no dispute with buyers, if not, more than 95%, it is also acceptable
3.Don’t buy many products in one new shop for you, buy 1 to check the product quality and service, if you are satisfied, you could buy more and more gradually.
Hi farfarled, why don’t you guys just straight away using Paypal to save the hassle and time waiting the customers to get used to it?
And you know what attracts the customers? A good CS representative. We want to reach the CS person whenever we have questions or problems, and we hope they are responsive and helpful. For example Fasttech offers good pricing but they have very poor CS system - we have to open a ticket, go through some troublesome and difficult procedures and wait for a long time to get their reply, this is not what we want. Some other online shops have responsive CS representative, but sometimes they disappear all in a sudden just like that.

Im going to create a DHGate account and buy one of the A6s, and have it sent to someone who can dismantle it properly and review it. Then they can do what they like with it.
Who wants it? You have to be good at reviews, and technical in approach, and honest about it, Id say its not desirable to be friendly in your review just honest about the quality and performance, its a review.
Apparently Im not going to make a purchase via DHGate. I just tried, created my account, then went to use the BPay method of money transfer, and I get errors re: reference numbers. Im not happy with the other payment options DHGate offers.
I just made an account and it looks like you can pay DHgate with Paypal and they even have a Paypal dispute link on your account page. The sign up process is lengthy but it’ll get you there.
BPay is a banking transfer system, (Bill Pay). Businesses have a BPay number, and you get a reference number, generally its your account number for say Electricity or Phone etc. Then you make the payment via your bank account or at Post Offices etc. No-one but your bank sees your account details. Bpay sees the BPay biller code (the unique identifier of the business youre paying) and youre reference number (your unique identifier) and a dollar amount.
I wonder why the disparity of the two, one showing PP option and yours clearly not offering the choice. That is frustrating.
Regarding the compliment, sure you are welcome. It is however more closely related to envy as my mind is scattered and a bee hive of rambling thoughts clamoring for attention. So when I read someone else’s posts and they are clear and concise I find myself musing over the idea of being able to do the same thing myself- that is without making a huge effort for clarity, then re writing.
I just noted the evidence of flashaholism in the picture I posted! 8 tabs open and related to flashlights. Heck 2 were BLF threads.
It’s so sad about the error.And the review should be from third party, it will be fair and honest, that’s why I am willing decend the price for review, even I will loose some money
It is odd that PP is not offered, its not like we dont use it or that we have limited access to it. Its frustrating that even though they have an alternative for me, I still cant use that either. Hopefully we can find a solution to that.
I think most peoples heads are scattered, thoughts popping in and out, sometimes faster than we can ‘collate’ them. Youre not alone on having to revise to get coherent posts, I generally have to revise my posts too and often i have to edit multiple times. Although its usually the language I use, I tend to say what I think directly (shoot from the hip) and sometimes that can be abrasive, despite not being intentional. So much is lost with simple text. I approach forums like conversations, speech errors such as grammar and stumbles included, but sometimes I try to actually type academically if that makes sense, an old habit from uni. Often its a mix of both.
I have 143 tabs open right now, in multiple tab groups. I of mine was your MT-G2 S3 thread. Im thinking i might use the Supfire A6 for a similar build, if I can pull it off.
It might be working this time, I have a different reference number and this one looks right. May be Im not used to the site and was doing something wrong.
Edit: Seems it was my mistake, its working as expected now.
