Yeah, I don't think we're unreasonable people here, but wave after wave of spamming tends to suggest they are.

It's like i'm talking to a wall. 10 minutes ago i got this mail:

"Dear Volkan,

Thank you for your letter.

You can just wait for one week more if the the order still not reach, we will refund you.

Have a nice day.

Jason"

All their mails are like this one. Short, meaningless and written with broken English. (BTW, I wonder where this "Jason" is from!)

And here is my response:

"Why should I wait for one more week? Can you give me a reason? Can you tell me why you're violating your so-called 45-day refund guarantee?

I do NOT trust your company anymore. And from this day forward I'll try to let as much people as I can know about this fraudulent behaviour.

I'll use every social network, forum and website that I find. Believe me this will not go unnoticed. This is MY guarantee to you."

Would you recommend any effective consumer complaint site you know about?

The worst thing your company does is lie to your customers. During the past week we have read many comments from lying people who claim to be customers but who really work for Tmart. They make comments about how they are satisfied and happy with Tmart, but they are employees of Tmart and paid to say that. This behavior is unacceptable.

We understand that there can sometimes be problems with orders. But there is no excuse for intentionally lying and misleading customers with false information.

I have sent enough mails and received only lies. Why don't you explain here your new "45-Day Refund Guarantee" policy?

I also wonder about your comment about the responses below that i got from your customer service when i asked for a refund:

On July 29: "As a rule , if you still would not get the package in one week , we will refund you.You can just wait for one week more."

On August 6: "...feel assured that we will offer you a proper solution if you still do not receive your package after a few days"

On August 8: "Sorry it is our fault no update it in time. Do you mind waiting for a few days later?"

On August 9: " Pls check the delivery records on the website carefully and you'll see that it is not our responsibility. You'd better seek the package from USPS. Hope you can find your pacakge earlier."

On August 11: "Would you pls check it at your local post office? If you did not find it, we will then issue you a certain compansation."

On August 12: "You can just wait for one week more if the the order still not reach, we will refund you."

So after 2 weeks, i'm still being asked to wait for one more week. These responses are inconsistent and looks arbitrary. I cannot imagine a respectable company's support to respond its customers like this.

My experience with Tmart is somewhat limited. Having said that, I'm with agenthex on this one. I've only placed three orders with Tmart and every time I was hoping to get a good deal, only to receive fakes (well, yeah, if it sounds to good to be true).

Other places sell fakes, as well. But they try to fix their mistakes. Or at least they act like it. I don't think I'll be giving my business to Tmart in the future. There are plenty of other vendors that at least try and I'd rather wait three weeks and get what I wanted, than get my stuff in a couple of days and waste hours of my life before I decide to just let PP handle, only to be left with something that is useless to me. Frankly, I'd rather play the eBay lottery.

Tmart customercare team, good! mine Ultrafire BJO8A has arrived. no complaints but exciting there, i feel fine because i got what i paid. and you should thank me for recommending items for you several times.lol !and i found the flaw of tmart are almost viewed in these post. you need to run over them and then should you sincere part to us, then the red labeled cons plused subsequntly could be wiped. now just FAQ here.

What i don't understand is since day 1 your customer service was telling me that my order was shipped. And all this time i was waiting for nothing? As i mentioned in my countless emails, i'd like to have a refund. Please don't ship anything else. All i want is a quick full refund.

I already checked the details on that page. I thought you would tell us something because you mentioned the doubts about this policy. Actually you clearly stated it:

"If it is our or logistic company's fault, or the customs policy that leads to a failure on receiving within 45 days since shipping date, we will fully refund you unconditionally. "

I think there's no debate about this expression.

Anyway, please just give me the refund which i'm already entitled to.

I saw your following answers after i posted my answer. So i sent my order ID to the email address you gave and asked for a refund (yet again). Below is my email. I hope you are really serious about correcting this mistake.

Perhaps the subtext above wasn't clear enough. Tmart employs people to Spam forums with advertising, often guised as curious or satisfied customers, and it would be misleading save for the fact they're usually terribly done. Now, I suppose it's all fair game if it happens on rare occasion and we have a laugh, but it's happen many times per week recently, even though Tmart was asked by the admin of the site to cease and desist. If you can't control your own employees from harassing your customer base, then the question becomes why anyone should trust that you can run a competent ecommerce site.

Ms. Ye informed me via mail that they will issue a refund within 1 - 3 days. Let's see how it turns out.

Not sure but they may be getting better. I ordered some laser green laser pointers (5-MW)for $4 and some change and one 100MW pointer ($11-$12). I received the order in 4-days the $4 pointers all worked. One is very dim. (Nothing a pot-mod won't take care of) The 100 MW was DOA. After E-mailing them about the problem they E-mailed me a postage paid return shipping lable with tracking #. The return is in the mail if all goes well I will use them again. I must say I iniatialy thought I was SOL after reading some of the bad experience others had with them.

Although it's still in the mail. Time will tell

We are still in the growth at present so that not all of our serivces are not perfect.we are sorry to hear that it caused so many issues.But The grateful occasion is so many professional and kind users are willing to give us their advices and tips to help us grow .We believe these problems can be solved as soon as possible.And everythings will get better and better.On this site we hope that all users would be generous to give they comment of Tmart. Good news for me: They just refunded my money!


I'm so glad this is finally over. Their customer service managed to get on my nerves for the last few weeks but finally they decided to do the right thing. I hope they keep improving their service and accept and correct their own faults without causing so much trouble to the customer.

I do have to admit that I love Tmart because I can order and get stuff fast. I have never had a single problem with them. Even the daily deals that I bought that turned out to be fakes were still ok for the price.
That said, I don’t care for them assing up my favorite forum after they have been told to stop.
If the DX U.S. Warehouse would get more products and a proper, searchable website, I wouldn’t have to worry about Tmart at all

Thank you for being responsible and helping to resolve the customer service issues of BLF users. However, the biggest issue is the fact that Tmart pays (or used to pay) people to post fake comments on BLF to increase Tmart's search ranking and make people thing that Tmart is a wonderful company. Do you know which of Tmart's employees have posted these fake comments? Have you given them instructions to immediately stop?

Apparently my package was on its way back home while i was waiting for it. Interestingly, the status of the package is still "on transit" on USPS website :-)
