no mention of mode but 8.4v , lamp only meaning batteries not included .
I have 3 of these exact headlamps, they are not 8.4 volts, they have 2 18650’s parallel at 4.2 volts.
Modes are Hi-Lo-Strobe. One caveat, you do have to cycle through remaining modes to turn it off.
This is a good price, these are nice headlamps.

I got a reply from Icy at myled.com. I was told that I had selected expedited shipping and they can recreate the order with super saver shipping. So the total will $7. Thanks, Icy at myled.com

Hi Myled -> is it possible to change my order of 1 unit to 2 units? I only have 1 head to wear but feel kind of silly for not buying 1 more for only a total of $3~$4 more. It seems like it would be nice to have a spare one to mod. Sorry for the trouble.
