my old ar-15 was set up, still trying to get there again
it was a generic lower with a model 1 a2 16" upper, threaded barrel, bayonet lug. and the bushmaster 20" flat top. had custom grips with custom charging handle. also had this .22 conversion. that gun was sweet even though the lower was generic. built it from the ground up.
hit hard times and sold it to my dad with first buy back option. sold it all on me but the 20" flat top for $700, said thats what the guy buying it said it was worth... i could have got close to $1000 for it all :/
Most of my collection. Sold some, gave some away and acquired some new ones. Collection is all faves now! Spark ST6-460NW on its way still so not in the photo yet :)
ps. DONT THINK, JUST BUY THE SHADOW TC6!! top notch quality light, and gorgeous too!
This is my collection, minus the C3 SS, that one is in my overalls (i use it at work). I have just repaired the Akoray K106, the led was not very bright any more, i think it has been too hot. Now there is a R2 led in there (from the drop in that was original in the UF-C1, wich i have replaced by a UF 3-mode XM-L T6 drop in), so now the Akoray is a little bit brighter than with the original Q5.
I have to stop ordering flashlights, this should be more than enough. But there are some more on the way (UF-501B XM-L T6, UF Flood-to-throw zooming Q5 and a Saintfire K20)...
That's correct, it's a Streamlight nano. It is available from Amazon for $6.45 and i got 100 batteries from DX for ~$2. I've had it for over a year and only had to change the batteries once. It's brighter than your average squeeze light IMO and it takes up even less space. The only downside i've read is some people say the head can screw off in your pocket. Rather than waiting to find out, i just wrapped the threads with some plumbers tape when i got it and i've never had a problem.
Mine was black when i bought it, after a year of pocket tumbling, the finish is pretty sparse. But i do have a lot of keys... :)
I will post a pic of mine soon. Soon as I can do a stock take when the Mrs is NOT around. It goes up and down as I have given quite a few away but then again I buy at least 3 for every 1 that I give away. One of these days she will find my stash and I am in serious trouble.
