What you got today

Same here, two XTAR´s appeared :)

Not charging yet, some day soon...

They probably don´t fit to my WF-139 so have to hook up my Imax...

Charging complete in my Xtar WP2 charger. I'm impressed with how well the pair is matched:

Battery 1: 4.1325 volts

Battery 2: 4.1392 volts

Readings measured with my Fluke 189 multimeter

uf-2100 1 mode from DD for ~11usd, it was weaker than ff-2100 with an xp-g at ~1.2A

didn't measure the current, took it apart and changed the driver to 3 mode 8amc

it's just blue compared to my other lights :(

not today but Friday. UF M2, 2 TF flames 14500, "Benchmade Infidel", Milspec rescue knife. The M2 is an awesome light with a 14500 love it. The "Infidel' came in a Benchmade box with all kinds of warranty paper work and the quality of this clone it top notch. I have bought the Microtech clones before and the quality of the Benchmade clone is far superior. Nothing special with the other knife it did come in a box. Both knives came with sheaths also.

I recieved my cw shadow tc6 yesterday. Looks as though I got ar coated lense as well. Also I will say this is Hands down the highest quality light for the money I have ever seen. Wow! However I did not receive any accessories with mine! just the light itself.:frowning:

I got the SF L2r. It's a really nice host. The knurling and finish is like the L2i. I was hoping it would fit in a minimag holster but its too wide. Took about 14 days from SF sales. It passed an L2t in the mail. The L2T was only sent out one day before so it should be OK. I have a neutral XRE on order from DX for the L2r but it has been waiting for a supplier forever. I made a spacer so I can run a 4.2V XML dropin with a 14500 in the meantime.

Did you have a link to the BM clone? Sounds good!

Also now using the knife for a bit the finish of the knife is not holding up all thAt well but the mechinical function of the knife is still nice and smooth and locks up well.

great day for me today. Got my two dqg tiny II and my xeno e03 with diffuser. Wow I really like the xeno.

Got 3 packages.

1 = Ebay - Box of tools for lathe - drill bit (18mm), reamer (19mm), ball end mill (1mm), taps/dies. (lets try to imagine what could they potentially be used for? 18mm drill, 19mm reamer = battery tube, 1mm ball end mill for trit slots.. heheheh! (no plans any time soon, maybe next year)

2 = Tower Hobbies - Bits for dads RC Helis, OS Hyper 55 heli engine, tune pipe, props, and other various bits for my planes.

3 = R2 hobbies - bits for RC cars, wheels, tyres, and fiberglass mat. THIS BOX WAS AMAZINGLY PACKAGED, many companies can learn from R2 for HOW to properly package goods.

Took me 20mins to even get a glimpse of the stuff inside. It was packaged in Multiple layers of bubble wrap, which encloses the items multiple times, and around all this are 3 layers of hard paper/plastic backed foam sheet (think of the take-out foam, brittle stuff, but 1/4 inch thick, cut and taped together to form rigid boxes, with a Very neatly wrapped layer of bubble wrap between the foam built up box layers.... Those box knives "stanley knives" as they are commonly called, would NOT even reach the items if I was to take a serious slash at this box, there probably 1-2" of solid packaging material thickness. And all this contained stuff that was not even close to being called fragile (rubber tyres of 2" diameter, wires, connectors etc...)

And shipping was a very respectable price, Items are seriously cheap, and not only that, it was marked as posted on the 8th, arrival on the 16th.

Dry 3XT6 (CW) and 3 unprotected UF 18650's.......waiting for (1) The batteries to charge, and (2) Darkness.

Should have posted several days ago.. got my DQG from the group buy. Tiny does not even begin to describe it. Love it.

TODAY I got a nifty little lanyard, handmade by a skilled craftsman. I won't say who it is, but if you scroll up you'll see the very same item in a different picture.

I got my spark st6-460NW headlamp in the mail today! So excited to try it out at night. This is my first neutral white so we shall see how I like it :)

DQG tiny AAA R4 neutral from the group buy and Sipik SK68 grey from DX arrived. Very impressed with the DQG and very unimpressed with the Sipik SK68. I think I found my perfect keychain light with the DQG: 2 well spaced modes, no visible PWM , ultra small, easy 1-handed operation on the keychain, but O-ring is "fat" enough that I don't have to fear loosing the head ( not mine but the flashlights... silly BLFers ;-) ). Only minor downside is the slight battery rattle in off position. All in all money well spent. My Sipik has atrocious machining and boings and dents under the anodization. Threads are fiddly and prone to cross-threading. The clip and the push-pull zoom and clicky are OK. I guess you get what you pay for... oh no, I am infested with the CPF virus.

On the upside... the German customs doesn't seem to confiscate all flashlights from the far-far east.

Update: the Sipik has grown on me a bit, since it is brighter than my C78, can tailstand and fits snugly in my standard bike holder.

Just got a shadow tc6 2A SMO neutral version, it is a very nice light. It has a really solid feel to it, F&F is superb and the beam is quite nice.

Got three shipments today, lucky me!

Got a FandyFire (chuckle chuckle) 350 lumen CREE R5 on 18650. Nice light! The quality is very close the the Fenix lights that I own. And I would say the 350 lumen claim is fairly close as it is quite a bit brighter than my Fenix PD30 on turbo (220 lumens).

Also got an UltraFire WF-501B with the SSC-P7 on 18650. They advertise 900 lumens. I say no way. I tried two different brands of cells (don't have any AW IMRs yet) and it's only pulling about 800mA. The hotspot is brighter than the FandyFire but not by much and overall light output I would say is maybe 400 lumens. Still a good light and very bright for $19, and to be honest I never really expected 900 lumens out of it but curiosity got the best of me so I bought it. Build quality is typical of this level of light, acceptable but not stellar. It has an OP reflector, kinda wish I had bought one with an SMO reflector but oh well.

And I got four more 18650 cells in today. These I traded for a light I had to another member of this forum.

Unfortunately I live in AZ so it's not dark yet. Can't wait to try out my new lights once it is dark outside.

got my manafont order today..skyray G6m srm-763 and the paracord bracelet they have..awesome!

Xeno E03 XM-L CW from HKE. Review here.

These should get me started...

Welcome to BLF, humppa. Nice opening move. Its one of my favorite lights. Such incredible reach (i.e. throw) for a 1*AA. I always seem to have one with me in my pocket, briefcase or car.
