Ric will straighten it out for you. PM's work best for communicating with him. I had a similar situation where I didn't get something and didn't PP dispute in time. Ric was a bit slow resolving it, but he eventually did.
If he replies. I have a lost order from him too. Emailed him 5 weeks after my order and he told me to wait and if it did not reach me, he will resend a package. I waited and asked again at the 8th week. And again at the 9th week. I did not hear from him again. He just ignored my emails… |(
That may be the out of stock price trick some vendors use.

Thanks guys. According to the website 20 orders have been reached. I have noted in the first post that anyone wanting an AR lens will be on the proviso that it is at a good price.
