when I was ordering another light.
I ordered 1 version C + AR.
Said forum, so I figured it might be here.
It was, so I’m reporting my buy.
This is getting addictive.
Definitely… Then you can see how far you still have to go… And you can see how little you have spent so far, compared to what you are going to spend if you spend any amount of time here…
Down_South, I have over 100 18650 cells. Add that into your thinking. And 9 chargers. It does get very addictive, you need a good strong resolution to get through some of the things you learn here.
The majority of mine are high discharge cells like 20R, 25R Sony C4, C5 , Efest 35A and then some Panasonic PF, PD and 3400mAh B’s. I’ve only got a few Sanyo lap pulls.
In for one Type C + AR Lens. Really interested in higher current, but I don't have the knowledge to piggyback a nanjg like Tom E. Will do more research.
Oh well, it seems like a really good light in stock form.
Thanks again guys for the help. If you want a light you can pay for it now as the group buy is on. Just a reminder that this will end sometime this Friday.
Totally off topic.
I counted up my flashlight’s in hand or coming. . . . . 33 and climbing. 21 different types from a AAA SK68 mini to a Supbeam X40 and a BTU Shocker host.
I’ve got 4 KingKong 26650 4000mah coming (should have ordered more and saved on shipping), and about 36 EBL 2600mah 18650 coming. They are like Sanyo 2600mah cells.
Won’t handle the hi drain single cell lights. (HD1020, XINTD X3, Bourit 616 modded and the Shocker need hi drain batts)
I found a source for Efest 26650 3500mah 64A pulse/15 continuous for $5.79 and 20R’s for $3.45 ea but the shipping kills it. Only shipping now is DHL/UPS due to the international air regulations, and since I’m in Mexico not the US even buying from there I’m stuck.
I do have a friend in the SF area who could bring me some so if anyone knows of a good deal on hi drain 26650’s and 18650’s please let me know.
Got an i4, and some cheap chargers for Li-ion.
Missed the group buy on the Opus BT-C3100. Maybe they’ll have it again.
If it does, I hear you there. My dogs (and cats) have cost me way more than this hobby. One dog has over twice the cost of all my lights, parts, and tools in it when you factor in the 3 surgeries and meds it has needed.
