Help me not buy this light, or help me justify buying it. :D

In comparison to X40.This does:

Not come with a nice aluminium box.

Does not come with built in charging.

Has a larger head.

Less lumen

Less throw

No stainless steel bezel

Does not come with infinite brightness adjustment ring

X40M Pros:

A bit cheaper

MT-G2 (Not a pro compared to X40 with a tint mixed setup that will also give higher CRI)

Smoother beam with less artifacts

Properly regulated?

I think the K40M Pros are quite minor compared to X40 advantages. I wonder if K40M is more mod friendly. X40 is easier to mod for increased throw if that is desirable.
