+1 on this

Like kids looking forward to Christmas, some of us are bound to be in a bit more of a hurry than others.

My order has shipped, I'm happy.

Hats off to both MRsDNF and Ric for getting this happening.

I for one am glad you and Ric were able to get a custom AR lens in the deal. To me, they really enhance a light. I have a tracking number too now.

Just got shipping notices for both of my orders! thanks MRsDNF and Ric!

I also got a shipped notification for my order.

Guys I’ll be purchasing the last light in about an hour PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE no one buy it, I’m excited it lasted, really want it just waiting on paypal to be ready, had to reconfigure some settings and it had to reconfirm my bank account…

That’d never work for me, for sure! Somebody would sign up with the forum and within 10 minutes of logging in they’d find this and buy the last one, even as I got my clearance! lol

Good Luck!

That worked faster than expected, purchased one (type A) plus AR.

If anyone didnt buy one / buy another one leaving it for me I thank you.

oh no, out of stock!

Why would you buy type A? You could always sell the extender tubes here if you didn't want them.

I agree Gj - much better to have an excess of extenders than a shortage.

Dude I buy and mod (sometimes WAY over the top mods costing >500% the cost of the light) so many lights now days that if I spent just a few bucks extra per light for parts I didn’t intent to use I would be blowing HUNDREDS of extra dollars I could spend on parts I actually need / more lights.

I’m a very thrifty BLF’r…

Yes I could sell the stuff but it’s not worth it, it’s not like I’d MAKE any money, probably loose on shipping too.

I don’t do as many lights for BLF members as people like Tom and Dale and Bucket and others but that’s cause its hard to sell lights to you guys, the vast majority of the lights I build are sold by word of mouth advertising to the Columbus police and fire dept’s and the franklin county SD, trust me when I say they keep me busy. Not to mention our 3 kids and my wife is the manager of a body shop and is working 50 hours a week so I have the kids all but a few hours a week when grandma will watch them, if I have something they can’t come to (like say when I meet sheriff deputies at their private firing range, definitely a plus lol)

I don’t mean for this to be a rant [really sorry], and I love this place, trust me if I could do all my business here on BLF and not have to lug 3 kids around to meetings all day (something you don’t have to do with an internet based business) I would love to be able to hook fellow members up on stuff all day long but it’s not practical and I literally can’t afford even a few bucks more on something I will never use. That’s also why at $30* this is my first Y3 even tho I’ve had a few guys wanting to see just such a light.

  • added the $3 AR lens cause it would of cost me $8.50 to get one from FLL.

I almost bought it for you

When I saw the plea to hold off til CK’s paypal got sorted, I was prepared to offer him mine.

Contrary to that train of thought up above, I don’t do many mods for anyone other than myself. Certainly don’t make any money modding. Most of my tinkering is on my own lights, with a few done for friends. I just buy too many lights. :stuck_out_tongue:

I seriously need to give my collection a hard look and pick a few favorites, then sell the rest. This has gotten out of hand…. I have no need for 60+ lights!

CK. You and I both sound like the same person. I hate myself for procrastinating over a $2.00 item and turn a $2.00 item into a fifty dollar item thats worth $5.00.

Glad you got the light. Its a race now to see who's comes in last.

I understand and admire the financial disipline, but I think you misjudged this particular piece of hardware. These are the long sought after extension tubes that fit HD2010's. Two would cost $5, fit in a $5.80 small flat-rate box. I would have grabbed them in a second for ~$15. How many members have those 26650 tubes that don't fit anything?

Gj, you should have told us before they were all sold that you wanted some extension tubes, bought 2 without because I’m not going to mod for another led that needs 2 batteries and I hate long lights for the most part.

I did not know about the interchangeability, would have gotten the C unit had I known. I got a B.

Over 8000 reads here? Dang! Impressive!

I arrived very late.

You should spend some more time on the forum. I thought everyone knew that. For $2.50, make an HD2010 ready to accept an MT-G2 w/suitable driver. You probably just don't like cheap, throwy MT-G2 lights.

Sure Ric has plenty he would gladly sell for $7.50 each.
