Hi folks, Im sorry for any confusion. I still need to confirm the delivered price. Once that has been decided, I will create a new BLF account just for the X60 sale and post an announcement link here. The link will take you to the new X60 account GB post where ordering instructions will tell you how to participate. The new X60 account is so I can clearly separate regular business matters from the X60… so I hopefully wont drop the ball with anyone and assure my prompt attention and response to the lot of you.

Question, does the ring also work as a Standby mode like the TN-31? or do you have to use the button switch in the tailcap?
Are they going to use glue on any of the parts, specially the head part?
Is the crenelated bezel made of stainless steel?

Although I know that they CNC SS inhouse, I couldnt find any information on the bezel to confirm the material so will ask that question and get back to you.

At least we have a heads-up before the announcement to prepare if we want one. The other pricey GB’s often leave people scrambling before they are sold out. Thats not fair for the people with limited budgets, and everyone should have at least one killer high-end lumen monster in their collection. I know of at least 2 buyers that might want to buy several of these, so I suspect this sale might not last long.
My advice is to scramble now for the cash. When the deal goes down and if you decide not to buy, you’ll have enough to take your date/wife/mistress/concubine/escort/other, out to a nice memorable dinner and reap other rewards. You just wont be able to post about your experiences here. Besides, a small EDC would be more practical during such occasions. :bigsmile:

These are two completely different lights of extremely different quality, features and beam profile. Then there’s the factory warranty on the X60 to consider. Read the reviews and consider your budget before you decide.
Because of the 1.5 kg weight of the package, shipping is a large part of the price for this light. Adding 6 batteries would have pushed it into another weight category, which busted the deal… and that was while calculating total costs on 2600 mah cells. Considering what I pay for Sanyo UR18650FM and ZT, I couldnt justify the price. So instead, we are focusing strictly on providing the lowest possible delivered price without cells. We should know more soon.
I will never do business with Supbeam, Acebeam or whatever they want to call themselves after the K50 GB disaster.
